Daniel came and assisted in less than 15 minutes to tow my car to my desired location to get it fixed. He was very professional and made sure I was aware of how my car was getting towed and the place it will be at. This was a very quick and easy process and I will be calling Pro Automotive for any future problems that I run into. Thank you Daniel and the whole team for being very productive and helping in the best way possible.

Allstate gave me an hour eta. I called Pro Automotive instead, they got there in 10 minutes, had me on the road in five, the fastest tire change I had ever seen.

Excellent service—arrived quickly and got me out of the snow with no hassle at all. The driver was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Excellent service!!! Needed a jump (and perhaps tow if jump not successful) this evening. Initial company called declined due to vehicle being in a parking garage. Pro Automotive said "we're here to help"!! Daniel showed up within 30mins with portable jumper and lucky enough dead battery was the only issue. He was extremely professional and didn't even take any payment even when offered. Will always recommend these guys!!

Amazing my car stopped and they came quickly and got me towed back to where I needed to go. I would definitely recommend calling them even if it says closed when you look them up give them call. I had a little accident yesterday driving home from work and ended up in a ditch. The police officer on scene called Pro Automotive to pull my car out of the ditch. The tow truck driver arrived very quickly and was super professional. He took great care when pulling my car out. There was no additional damage done. He was professional and kind. I highly recommend Pro Automotive to anyone needing any type of towing service. I will definitely be contacting them again if needed.

Rami came out tonight and rescued my sister in law from a mishap with a rock and a driveway. His personal service and care to remove her car from the rock and make sure there was no more damage was amazing. You can’t find a better shop to care for both you and your vehicle.

When they towed my car, they treated it like it was theirs. The price was very reasonable ,but best of all ,everyone I had contact with was very professional. They definitely have my business!

Rami did a wonderful job. He cares about not messing up my lawn when my Hyundai was stuck in the driveway and street. He offered me a ride to the auto shop. They definitely deserve the 5/5 stars. Thanks again !

Pro Automotive is seriously the best!! They got me in so quickly when I needed help, and everyone there was beyond kind and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. On top of that, their prices are amazing and super fair — I never once felt like I was being overcharged. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can fully trust, but Pro Automotive has absolutely earned that. I won’t be going anywhere else!

I had such a wonderful experience with Pro Automotive. Our truck broke down on vacation far from home. The professional who recovered it from the scene was as gentle with it as if it was his own. He was nice too, so nice. And then we get to the shop and meet a few more people and they are ALL nice!! It’s like a wind blew through town, picked up all the nicest people you’ve ever met, and dropped them here. And then the owner hired them. Oh, he’s nice too. Surprise, I guess? You might be at this shop for a lot of unhappy reasons. Tow trucks aren’t typically the harbingers of the world’s best day. But if you are gonna have that kind of bad day, this is the gang to have it with.

Daniel at Pro Auto went above and beyond to get my lowered car on the tow truck without any issues! He brought their special ramps to ensure no damage was done to the car during an already stressful tow. These guys have the best equipment and they know how to use it extremely well. Thanks guys!

Today I visited this service center for some work on my car keys, and I was really impressed with the experience. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions patiently. The service was efficient, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Even offered me pizza <3 Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car services!

My car broke down on the highway right by north olmsted. I’ve never been stranded on the road before cause I am a young driver and I was freaking out crying, with high anxiety. When the cops came and the tow truck came, the ride to the repair shop was really nice and chill. The driver’s name was Daniel and he was really nice and helped calm down my anxiety by just having a normal conversation with me. The service was amazing. I recommend if you ever need anything repaired or towed Call them!!!!!

All around great experience dealing with these guys. Man on the phone was super helpful and quick they had a driver out to me in less then a half hour. The driver was Daniel F. He was super polite and professional and took care of my car as if it was his own. Came picked me up and had me at my location in no time. I definitely would recommend pro automotive for any towing or repairs needed.

My son is currently in Cleveland on an internship, 6 hours away from us. He began having car issues and we sent him to Pro Automotive strictly based on Google reviews. We spoke to James numerous times and he was nothing short of pleasant, honest, and incredibly resourceful. The car ended up having some major issues and James directed us to a reputable Ford dealership along with a Ford customer service program that would eventually help with the cost of the repairs. His professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Reputable business and we would not hesitate to take our car there for any issues in the future!!!

Is it possible to give 10 stars?? It was a day! Blown tire on 480w, called for service and it would have been 90-120 min. I figured what the heck, I know how to do this. I could start it. I got the tire on and cancelled the roadside call. Got in the car, and it wouldn't start. I immediately said screw this and googled towing near me. I 100% lucked out with ProAutomotive. James answered and I heard the song of the God's, let's try this before charging for a tow. Rami showed up. Besides doing his job, he was concerned that my daughter and I were safe. Car wouldn't jump, so it was towed. The trip in the tow truck was actually awesome. There was no awkward silence and the conversation was enjoyable. Once we arrived at the shop, they got to work and got my vehicle back on the road. They also made sure the tires were properly inflated and the lug nuts were on. Put my mind at ease as I have 4 kiddos to taxi around. If are a woman and are hesitant to try a tow company and or a new shop, don't have that internal struggle with them. They all are awesome. If you are worried they will overcharge you, they won't. We have our new household mechanic!! THANK YOU!!!!!

What a blessing my brakes went out in my truck on Clague rd. Sitting in this horrible storm and Rush traffic on January 12, 2024 waiting for my tow truck to show up from my insurance company that delayed several times. Pro automotive Showed up and moved my vehicle out of the main Intersection to a safe location down the street and told me Your safety means more to me than anything. I feel like he was my guardian angel ! Highly recommend this company for any of your automotive needs!!

We've been taking our family cars to Pro Auto now for over a decade. Such a great family business. From the simple stuff like oil changes to the hard stuff like nearly totally rebuilding the brake system on my classic, they are the best. I trust them with my modern vehicles and, as I said, my classics too. Trustworthy and friendly. These guys can be counted on for anything.
