Great service, very professional! Installed new headlights bulbs on my car and had us done within an hour. The waiting area was also clean and inviting making our wait more enjoyable. Would highly recommend

Drove up from New Orleans started having problems, dropped my car off on a Monday and didn’t get it back till Thursday they made everything was great for me cause I had to get back on the highway Friday morning and I have not had any problems since. Great job guys. I have a KIA Shelton.

This shop doesn't even deserve 1 star. Customer service was terrible and they diagnosed my car wrong. They wanted to charge me $ 572.38 to replace a cooling fan module. I drove my car 8 mins home from the shop and 2 mins to another shop. Mr. Eric claims that damaged my Temperature Housing in my car. That do NOT makes sense at all. I will never come back to this shop Ever in my Life. You can not pay me to come and get my car diagnosed or fixed.

I was very satisfied with the service I received without a prescheduled appt I was told about how soon they could take care of my request,my car was taken to the service area in that time frame. I was impressed with how I was greeted and how the technicians provided the service. I will recommend Rad Air to others

This is the third Radair location I have been to and just like the last two, customer service, pricing and work were all excellent. A huge shout out to Kevin and Eric, but especially Kevin who was off work for the night and saw me distraught in the parking lot and took the time to make sure I was ok and got the help I needed. Highly highly recommend this Radair location.

"WARNING" DONT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENT..... If I could I would GIVE this company a NEGATIVE 0 STAR...I was recommend to go here and I was very disappointed with the services and communication. I had a simple check engine light on ...So I drop my vehicle off on Monday night no call back until I called on Wednesday I was advised they need to more detail diagnostic test they had no ideal what was the problem, so I agreed to run the detail test no call back again Until I call the next day the management (They know who they are) had NO CLUE what's wrong with the car.. it's so much to list but all in all to be honest I shouldn't have to pay for a simple diagnostic tests.. it was a complete run around waisted my time and money with this company NEVER AGAIN ....DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I recently spent $3k on a repair for my check engine light and diagnostic and maintenance. 2 weeks later my engine light was on they would not see me without charging me a diagnostic fee. They don’t care about you it’s just a money grab for them. I would NOT recommend them.

I brought my Volkswagen to Rad Air after receiving disturbing news from the dealership and wanted a second opinion. They were able to figure out my coolant issue and the cost went from $5,400 to 92 bucks with Rad Air. They made me feel valued and handle everything from start to finish evening taking extra time to make sure everything was fixed. They even fixed a problem I've had for a year and didn't know why. Rad Air Complete Car Care In Garfield Heights has top of the line service at a surprisingly affordable price. So much of the time with mechanics you get the Impression that you’re being taken advantage of and sold a bill of goods for repairs that you don’t really need. I never once got that feeling with Rad Air. Eric was straight up with me and he and the crew really took care of my car and quoted me a very reasonable price for service. Rad Air has very knowledgeable mechanics, a nice waiting area to utilize while waiting, (if available they have 2 rentals if your service takes longer) very fair pricing, and the convenient option to apply for credit for large quotes providing payment options and zero-low interest. The estimate I was given was honored and they always have coupons to take advantage of. Eric follows up with texts or emails to ensure their services were accurate and your car is running smoothly. I highly recommend!

I made an appointment on line and was greeted by Eric. I thought I needed a new thermostat. Eric and his techs confirmed and also thought I should get my cooling system flushed. I was informed that I could pay overtime with the first six months interest free. So my experience was great.

I never thought I would have to deal with this behavior going to a car place. I brought one of their coupons to use on a car inspection and oil change deal. The older guy told me I would need my back breaks fixed after the inspection. He told me a price and then I heard the low price I said yes I will get it fixed. I waited four hours for it to be done. He comes back and the total is way more than he said it would be. He blames customers Instead of acknowledging he made a mistake. I feel taken advantage of. So I paid to large sum because they already fixed it. He told me I have lifetime warranty. I thought it was good until my family told me he charged me for it without telling me then tried to say I asked for it. I ultimately paid way more than I needed and the man had such an attitude about it. I think this goes to show how he operates the business by charging extra and not letting you know about it. All of this only for the brake to not work a little while after and when I go back, the warranty they overcharged me for will not cover it. I hope no one else has to go through this. Do not let this man over charge you.

They fixed a car no one else could. They quoted me a price & they kept their word when the repairs got complicated. The guys had positive attitudes & that made me worry free. The car came back working great.

I went because I thought something was wrong with my car they didn't see that anything was wrong so they didn't charge me, but I appreciated their honesty. Because any place else would have fake an inspection and charged me anyway even if they didn't find anything. I will recommend Rad Air Complete Car Service to all of my family and friends. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT I HAD TO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! By far the “BEST” car shop I have ever been too!!!! Management is very understanding because ERIC did a great job getting me back on the road!!!! and the mechanics have to be PH’D in fixing cars because they pulled off the impossible on my OBS Chevy Tahoe. It’s an old truck but it means a lot to me and they just gave me even better reasoning to take care of it. Thanks Rad TEAM.
