Cordial'& helpful when I called about availability of an item advertised on sale. Held it for me at the front desk.

The only place I town it seemed with pickle crisp in the canning section. They had a lot of cat toys and BBQ sauce too.

It's our neighborhood hardware store. I mainly shop there for all of my gardening needs.

Ordered online and the store had the order ready under 20 minutes, which is really impressive.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Got what I needed and left. Store had a huge variety considering how small the store is.

Store hours state they open at 8am. They don't open the doors until 9am. People have things to do in the morning. At least adjust your hours on Google so people don't drive there , and find a locked door.

These guys were awesome. I ordered 30 bags of mulch and 26 bags of dirt, and they got it all in my truck with humor.

Don't go here to get good help from anyone that works there. All of them acted like I was speaking a different language when I asked for help definitely going somewhere else next time. Not worth the time to have to figure out the store on my first time visiting and definitely my last

Today I needed a unique lightbulb for an old Christmas decoration. I knew that the 2 hardware stores closest to me would not have it, much less have anybody to assist. I went online an found that Lowe's and Home Depot do not even have it in their database and that it would be at least 5 days with Amazon. I tried the ACE website with low expectations. This store supposedly had it in stock. I called the store to confirm and a nice gentleman said that they did. He had the cashier hold if for me and even cautioned me that their credit card system was down today. Many retail workers would not have been so thoughtful. To further enhance the experience, the price was even lower than Amazon. It would be great if they took over one of the hardware stores closer to me. Too often I end up getting items from Amazon because they are not readily available. I'm going to more frequently check ACE in Garfield Heights before I make that conclusion inn the future.

Clean, we were greeted pleasantly. The parking lot is why I gave it 3 stars. It’s a little tight. We parked in the front and noticed that a parking barrier needs to be installed for safety, just in case someone accidentally drove over the cement landing onto the sidewalk.

Lots of products but I must have went on the wrong day because finding someone to help me was difficult, and once I did he really didnt even try. I walked out without a needed purchase after that exchange.

Ace had what I wanted. A young lady helped me find solar batteries. She was very nice and answered any questions I had. Not sure what her name is. Hope she is there next time I go . Cashier very nice. Her name was Anita. Thanks ?

You are overpaying for convenience here. Walked in and seen two employees gabbing with each other. Nobody greeted me or asked me if I needed help with anything. Prices are pretty high (with a few exceptions) and if you are not in dire need of anything you can definitely do better price wise elsewhere. The layout of the store was nice and location is excellent. They also have a great selection of fasteners. Other than that if you have time to go to Lowe's, Home Depot, or wait for an Amazon order I would suggest doing that before coming here.

Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. After a one hour wait the guy in back cut my key UPSIDE DOWN, it can only go in the machine two ways and they got it wrong. I worked at a hardware store, I cut thousands of keys, never upside down. And I was in a rush, trusted the old codger to get it right since its so simple. Will post the picture of the key after I fish it out if my junk drawer. First visit here, also my last visit.

I love going here for my hardware items. It's just a good feeling. It reminds me of the years gone by when Mom and Pop stores were the common way for consumer goods.

My heat went out in the middle of the coldest day so far.On a Sunday night of course. Went to Ace first thing Monday morning gott he part I needed with very helpful sales associate fired right up. Happy wife happy life.

I rarely come to this store. Only when i dont feel like driving to home depot. They usually have what I'm looking for. This time I need washers for my shower head. And they had 1 pack left lol! Staff is a little creepy but nice. No issues.

The couple were very nice, and very helpful. The gentleman changed my battery for my entry key to my car. I had went to a previous store and they were not helpful at all. The best place to get salt for your driveway...

This Ace Hardware store is great! I called them about an ac capacitor and they answered and told me they have the correct part. I drove there and as soon as I got there one of the associates showed me where the item was and I purchased. Thanks to Ace hardware I got what I needed right away and I got my air conditioning running on the same day. Without them I would have to wait 3 days for Amazon to find the part I ordered which should have taken a few hours. Thanks you for your service and I highly recommend you guys!

Helpful staff and decent prices. The one guy in the paint department really knows his stuff and is a talented artist himself. Pleasant experience every time. Still the same great place

Big big big store. Oh so many items in stock. Very helpful assistant avaliable and pleasant Extremely knowledgeable on still equipment. poor cashier gets too excited when there are only three parent customers waiting in line. She needs to be calm and polite to everyone.

So I asked the cashier if she was ready for the numbers to the coupon off my phone. She said oh I will just scan it. I said last time it didn't work and I lost the coupon because the app said I used it but the register didn't take it off. She insisted on scanning it. So she scanned the 20.00off of 100.00 spent coupon off of my phone. And guess what happened it took the coupon off my card but never took the money off the order. And guess what nothing can be done. Customers service is a joke and I now refuse to go to this store again. I will drive to Independence or go anywhere else before I shop here again.

Service was great great. I bought a leaf blower and they even put it together, started it and gave a demo. It was all included in the price.

I just have to give these guys five stars, all of my experiences there have been positive. And this last time there they were closing in five minutes but still had positive attitudes when i walked in. I just needed a couple of keys made which they gladly helped me. Excellent customer service with a smile.

This is my go to store for quick pick up of supplies. Everyone that works there is quick to help. It's not like pushing a button n waiting forever at Lowes or Home Depot. They also do repairs/orders at the back desk so if you need something special it doesn't hurt to ask. There's fun special buys in the center aisle from kitchen gadgets to pet toys. It changes all the time.

I want to thank one of your sales people who was very helpful to me today with an issue I had with a shower head replacement. He was very patient and offered time and assistance to solve my issue of a non standard fitting problem. I would have walked out of store not buying anything had he not gone extra mile. He showed me the adapter I needed and even suggested a less expensive product that more than handles my requirements.

I could not believe what I had seen and heard with my own eyes and ears last night at the store. apparent Racism and bigotry against the disabled and blacks, and I am a white conservative and was disgusted. Mocking a disabled young white person, Bringing the mother to near tears. made her a defective key . Until her husband came in to see what the delay was and told her to just leave. Hiding from another black customer to whom it appears he had purposely made defective keys. I have cut keys and the two blanks were cut completely different. I leaned over the rear counter and could see the employee hiding snickering at me. And then Another older man behind the cash counter asking me to leave and not return when I tried to ask to speak to a manager to complain to him about the other man at the service counter. He asked me what the problem was in public with other customers around . And said well of course he won't want to help you. When I said I don't want that employees help. Then he asked me to leave. So I abandoned my cart and items said in my normal voice "you just lost two customers" and headed for the door and he said Thank you for your past patronage and don't come back loud for everyone to hear. This was 5/10/2018 about 640pm One new employee was friendly and very helpful.
