My husband needed some parts to do a big brake job. We were assisted by Austin. Not only did he fail to answer any questions or provide details about the brake and rotor promo but he also rang up the incorrect parts. We went back to the store to get the correct parts and someone else was able to correct the issue. We ended up going back to the store to return unused undamaged parts and the manager, Eric didn’t have a good attitude. He seemed like he didn’t want to be involved with any customer interaction. This store has poor service.

Absolutely terrible store!!! Do not go there if you want any employee to have basic knowledge on how to measure a serpentine belt (and this guy was the manager lol) or basic cash register knowledge…. Today was my last time ever going there! Autozone should be ashamed of this location! It makes you look horrible!!!

Told me over the phone they would change my battery. When I got there sold me the battery but told me they couldn’t change any battery’s to come back in the morning. Drove by a little later after taking it to have someone else change it and they were outside changing someone else’s.

I came in to charge my battery and was nervous about taking my battery out on my own. Devonte was kind enough to offer assistance to help me read my battery and help me take my it out OFF the CLOCK! What was crazy is I was turned away the day before. No one offered to assist me. Tyvon came out to take my battery out and replace it. Thank you Devonte and Tyvon for helping me with my battery. You both changed my not so pleasant experience the day before to a very refreshing and appreciative experience today.

Please be careful allowing this store to order parts online for you in case they are not available at the store. I went to this location to purchase brakes over 3 weeks ago. The store didn’t have my part in store and offered to order it and have it shipped to the location. I agreed and the guy proceeded to order the item. They gave me a “purchased” receipt, but I never received a tracking number through my email as promised. More than a week goes by and it has passed the arrival date. I called the store to find out the status, especially being that I never got shipping updates . I even called the store and asked about the orders status and I would be told it will probably arrive tomorrow. I called the corporate office and spoke with someone in the order department, and she was unable to find information regarding the part being order, instead it just showed that I purchased it, like an in store purchase . The store manager called me back and offered to order the item for me again. I was upset and suspicious that the same thing would happen again. He apologized for the issue and also offered me a discount on my next part. Over the phone he acted as if he was ordering the item again, but still refuse to give me shipping information. He offered to just call me on the 24th when my part arrived . Long story short I didn’t get a call. I called the store and the Manager acted as if he didn’t know who I was until I gave him a recap of our previous conversation. He gave me the same spill that the order did not arrive or have any tracking information or updates. Odd right?! I called corporate again today leaving a message with the regional office for this location. I also called the order inquiring department today and the representative could not get the information from the store about the package. He told me that he would send a message to corporate as well because he was placed on hold so long he had to terminate the call with Auto Zone. At this point I’m like “I’ll just write a review.” As I’m writing it I get a call from the store location stating that my package had arrived yesterday and was put on the shelves as an item for others to purchase in the store. An item that I paid for 3 weeks ago. This store is just sloppy and careless with peoples money. There is no reason that I had to go through such task and chaos to get information on an item I purchased on the SPOT. Will NEVER go to an auto zone again. This is my first and last time dealing with them!

The individual, who appeared to be the store manager, looked up my make and model, and sold me the wrong headlight bulbs. I'll excuse the surly demeanor. Get out of the Zone, Auto Zone. If anyone needs these bulbs, please find me. I'd rather eat the cost than to speak with that person again. Gladly taking my business to Advance. Fool me once, Auto Zone, shame on you.

I recently purchased a battery from this location $239 I went there the next day to return the item , I was told that since it’s early in the morning, they don’t have enough money to give me the refund 🤣. the manager asked me if I can come back later, which I did go back there later afternoon and he still told me that they don’t have enough money to give me the refund!! How can you not make $230 in seven hours?

This location is just getting worse by the years. When someone comes in to purchase a part and nothing else, it should be respected. You shouldn't be laughed at directly in your face. Kind of embarrassing when your employees can't take no for an answer on a bundle deal with other parts that WERENT needed. Reevaluate your team. This is actually embarrassing for your stores location and image. Also don't give me the same response you give other bad reviews "we'd like to hear more about this, please contact _____" it's painfully obvious it's a template as each response is almost identical.

A worker name Dayvon gave me great customer service with installing my headlight without extra charge. I think he is a great asset to the team because of his knowledge of vehicles and overall welcoming attitude.

Just stopped by Auto Zone on Turney Rd. in Garfield Hts, met Tommy who has impeccable customer service. Not only was he friendly from the moment I walked in the door!!! He shared all the comparisons for the item I selected!!! As a young lady shopping in an auto part store, I felt appreciated and heard, NOT taken for granted for my lack of knowledge!!!

Excellent customer service. Can't remember the young mans but he sold my wife and I a Superman and Batman emblems for the car and we had an awesome conversation about DC superheroes. Batman is still the best 😂😂

If I could have gave this store a 0 I would have. I purchase a new battery March 5, 2022 and come to find out that they sold me a used battery. I would never purchase again because they are not honest.

I truly had the best customer service experience of my life at this location, all thanks to the manager Brandon. My battery suddenly died on me, I got a jump from a stranger and went right to autozone. I called and let the employees know I was there to have my battery & alternator tested and I would be making a purchase for whatever I end up needing. They said “okay, we’ll be right out” this was at maybe 8:30. I waited 15-20 mins and then got concerned as they were about to close. I called back to make sure they remembered me, and they did not. Nobody remembered me calling and the employees denied taking my call, and said it was too late now as they had to close up the store. So I had no choice but to go home knowing my car wasn’t gonna start once I turned it off. My car was 100% dead in the morning. I am the only driver in my household and unfortunately I don’t even have my own jumper cables. I had nobody to help me or drive me. Very upset as this could of been avoided had the employee helped me as he said he would, I advised the manager Brandon of the situation the next morning who then offered me a discount on the battery. I told him I found a location where I could get it even cheaper so I was no longer interested. Regardless of the fact that I wasn’t planning on purchasing the battery from him anymore, he personally came to my house to jumpstart my car. I told him where I planned on going and he told me I more than likely wouldn’t make it that far given the condition of my battery. Seeing how helpless and defeated I was in the situation, Brandon decided he would give me a new battery free of charge. I immediately drove to autozone where he installed my new battery for me. I really couldn’t believe what he did for me, this level of customer service is very rare these days. I appreciate what he did for me more than I can put into words, and i am definitely a customer for life. Brandon deserves much praise and recognition as he took customer satisfaction to a whole new level. He truly turned my luck around and helped me more than he even knew as I’m in a really rough spot. He really made a difference for me and i am forever grateful.

Guy stayed past his shift to help me figure out which serpentine belt I needed since I had to remove my AC compressor. Actually took some knowledge on his part. Even hand drew me the diagram. Great experience, when everywhere else I went said they couldn't help me if I didn't know the part number.

I called this store and asked if they had a press available to rent he said yes we got there in minutes and my husband went and was told they didn't have any wouldn't have until next. So either he didn't check and lied. I am so fed up with them and they need to take down the free signs when they don't any of the services anymore

Lost my receipt, claimed the couldn't find my purchase with my phone number even though they asked for my phone number when I purchased the item, refund denied. I still have original packaging in resealable condition. Purchase was less than 24hrs.

I had a pleasant experience at this location the employees and store manager Brandon were very attentive from walking in with a nice greeting and assisting from start to finish. I will definitely go back! I can say the staff there is well trained!

I'm not actually sure how an AutoZone can be this bad while remaining open. I feel like I lose an hour of my life every time I visit, even if I am just trying to buy a single item off the shelf. They also repeatedly say they can't do oil disposal because their tank is full. How is it full for over a month? According to the AutoZone website, customers can dispose of up to 5 gallons of oil per customer per day. When I called to ask if their oil tank had capacity for about 10 quarts (2.5 gallons), they told me they only allow donations of up to 2 quarts. They didn't even answer my question, so I figured I'd go in person since I needed to go anyway. That's when I was told the oil tank was full, and every time I've been back since then is the same story. Don't waste your time here. The AdvanceAuto across the street is infinitely better.

Excellent Customer service. An expert was kind and offered all types of help to my mom when replacing her wind shield wipers. He even offered her a $5 off coupon. He was ring some people out at the register and chose to help my mom first. There were no bad vibes at all.
