Cool dude but he try to charge me 400+ For just labor, I took it to a few other shops not that far from this shop and everybody was gonna charge me around 200 For a very simple job

Charged me for a part a didn't even need..found out the work I really needed was minor..not a honorable mechanic

He tried to finesse us when we came in to get our car looked at. He was trying to run a couple bands on the insurance we have on the car for something that didn’t need to be done to it. Do yall research on business cause a lot of them are not trustworthy at all! We found a great mechanic over in Lakewood and we got our car looked at and fixed all in 3 days! And they don’t charge by the day that our vehicle was kept there. This place does. Definitely don’t trust this guy at all!

Not that bad. Kind of pricey for the small space but the people were friendly. I did not go past an estimate. Maybe i will let them do some work next time.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!! I took my vehicle here, I told them what I thought the problem was, they ignored what I said, didn’t even check it out, told me the problem was something else & then lied and told me that they fixed the problem and my vehicle still has the same problem. And they stole parts from under my hood off of my engine and trying to blame someone else but nobody else has touched my vehicle. THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND WILL CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS FOR PARTS & LABOR YOU DONT NEED AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL STILL NEED TO BE FIXED

They do a good job with servicing my car! They do a good job explaining what is wrong on the car. The employees get you in and out. They are about their business. I will always come here to get my car fixed because the prices are reasonable too!

Will be honest, this place does quality work but the owner wants to overcharge you for everything and he tries to communicate very little to trick you. I will never return to this place and definitely not recommend it to anyone I care about

I have been coming here my whole life. I will never go anywhere else. Honestly I only trust coming here. My father came here for years and they are like family. They do not rip you off at all. They explain everything to me everytime something is wrong with my car. I will recommend them for anyone. They do a great job and always help me. Don't even bother going anywhere else you will be wasting your time and money.

Good, fast service. . . Was going to junk my car because it had stopped working and had over $4000.00 in repairs from the Dealership. Got very good prices for repairs and saved money. They were Very friendly. Car seems to be running good. The only thing is I didn't get a complete bill of my services. Need it for my records. I Will contact him. And let you know the results. plan on getting more work done there. And plan on telling my friends.

Kirk’s Auto did a great job on my vehicle. The customer service I received was the best. It’s refreshing to go to an establishment that cares about their customers and are not just looking to get a buck out of you. I have been here already a few times to Get my car serviced and each experience has been better than the last. Keep up the good work!

Straight to buisness. Accurate diagnostics. You get what you pay for and this place is worth it. There techs are really knowledgeable I've took them Cadillacs bmws Mercedes etc they just about do everything. And they do it right the first time. Thanks for the reliability.

They take really good care of the customers there! I used the car wash services and had to go work the owner dropped me off at work and brought my car back to me at work and I loved my detail inside was like new again! Also needed a wheel alignment he was very reasonable and knowledgeable most non foreign repair shops wouldn’t touch it but he did amazing job! Thanks again very recommended 💐

I give no good reviews Kurt better be glad I gave one star He don’t deserve that he is horrible customer service is horrible I left my car there he didn’t do anything to it he had my car for 2 months and did nothing I really think they running drugs on that place cause it’s definitely not auto shop please drive pass that place keep going don’t step a foot in there the place is horrible he better hope I don’t sue him and report to the BBB

The service was great awesome customer service it felt like I knew the owner for years my car ran so much better afterwards I highly recommend kurt and his son are two great men if you won’t great service come here you will not regret it

Omg!! Great Customer service. Good prices and more importantly very trustworthy mechanics who take care of your car. There is a waiting area if you’re getting some quick work done with refreshments for customers. They Also offer a wide variety of services for your car needs. Oh and it doesn’t hurt that the owner is easy on the eyes 😏 A++ Service Will be back if need be!! 👍🏽👍🏽

Was nice enough to wash all the salt off of my car even though I pulled in and the car wash portion was closed. And not just a quick spray either! Very nice, thank you!!

Horrible service, the mechanic was unprofessional. Went to get the break pad changed, he placed the wrong pads on the car, messed up the caliber and refused to take responsibility. Would not even allow me to talk and wanted to refund me the incorrect amount even though I had proof of the amount i paid. There was no accountability and he had an attitude from the initial conversation. I would not recommend this shop at all. Im extremely disappointed.

I do not recommend this place. They supposedly put on new brakes and rotors but I had to go back 3 times because the brakes are still rubbing and now its squeaking. I asked them to fix the problem multiple times and he was getting an attitude. I will NEVER come back to this place and nobody else should either.

Charged 450.00$ for tune up and oil change. And codes from auto zone still said 2 of same and added 2 more about #2 cylinder. (Soark plug area) checked by auto zone after.. they were supposed to be replaced. Receipt. Not itemized no exclamation why so high
