Edited review because of owner's reply -- changed from one to three stars. To the owner, there's no way to reply except by editing original review. I don't remember seeing a boom, but it might have had one or been a low-profile one. I remember a lot of white truck filling my rear-view. It was a big, imposing truck so if I was forced to say one way or the other, I would lean toward it being a flatbed. I wouldn't swear to it, though. By the time he passed and cut back in front, I was in a highly ticked-off state, and wasn't registering much except my indignation and the company name which jumped out at me; add to it I was in motion the entire time and paying attention to my driving first and foremost. Also I was impressed at how he ended up sitting at the light after all that racing and undue aggressiveness, while I drove on past in the right lane to head down Hinckley Pkwy. I was seeing red. I was not stopped behind him at the light; as I mentioned I drove on past him at the exit and was turning to go East/South down Hinckley. Any other details I noticed at the time, I did not make an effort to retain, and so they're lost in the shuffle, to be honest. The most specific thing I can tell you was the area this took place, and the time, which I mentioned was about 7 PM or within a few minutes of that. Truck was going left (west) at the light at the Spring exit.

At least one of their drivers is dangerous and reckless and probably shouldn't be on the road. He's carrying the company name on the truck, bold as can be. This kind of driver who goes out of the way to be unsafe and intimidate smaller vehicles, is hardly a ringing endorsement for the business. August 4th at about 7 PM, heading north on 176 approaching Jennings/Spring exit. I'm in the right lane having slowed down to 60 mph anticipating my approaching exit. No cars behind me. This genius comes flying up behind me having abruptly crossed several freeway lanes from left to right, and camps out maybe a foot or two away from my bumper. I'm minding my own business, bothering nobody, and all of a sudden I've got a rather large truck looming in my rear view, maybe one or two dozen inches away, while we're moving at appreciably high speeds. Then he swings around me and cuts back in front at the mouth of the exit, only to race up behind a bunch of cars parked at the light. Not good.
Terrible service hours say 7am till 9pm arrived to the location around 9am with a tow truck to meet us because the vehicle not running the place was closed I been calling 3 different numbers all day no answer what a total inconvenience
Extremely helpful, was very quick to take my call and arrived on time to initially tow my car to dealer but he was able to jump my car with his charge box instead and charged me just a few bucks! I would recommend icon towing for quick and reliable service
I love this place so friendly and nice people who work here fast friendly and efficient work done from the beginning of my breakdown, on the freeway to the repairs to my car will recommend this place to everyone
I was towed in the middle of the night outside the apartment building I rent from. No problem, I forgot to move my car and there are signs posted. That’s my bad. The issue is they refused to answer 25+ calls to the # listed on their signs. So I Uber to the pound, where there’s a DIFFERENT # to call. So I call that, immediately get an answer from someone saying I have to call the first #. Then they hung up on me when I asked why they can tow on a Sunday but not answer on a Sunday. Uber’d home, finally got through using the # on google (that’s THREE different contact numbers, if you’re keeping track) and they say they’ve got my car and to just come back! Again, my fault for leaving my car outside on accident. But the contact information is atrocious and customer service with whoever I spoke to the first time was terrible.
Same thing happened to me as alot of people. Towed my car out of a lot where I was working for a client. Who lives in the building. I will be reaching out to some of you because we are currently building a case! Can’t wait for this to unfold
Towed my car from my apartment with a sticker in it and lied and said it wasn’t in there. The leasing manger and residents told them I live their and they still towed it. First the man said to pay him 185 and then it turned to come get it. What a inconvenience

He made me catch the bus to come get it at night said I can have it for free. Then I got there he tried to release a dog on me called me out my name. I went home and by the time I got home 20 mins later he called and told me come get it and watch my mouth next time. Y’all have no reason to be such disgusting people

Very positive experience with this company after an extremely stressful situation. My boyfriends car was sitting at a parking lot locked for 10 days because the keys were lost and there were no spare. We needed a tow with dolleys or some way to tow the car without dragging it onto a tow bed and likely breaking the bumper. We contacted 2 different tow companies that said they could help with dolleys, only to send a driver with a tow bed and no way to get the car on the towbed. Hours and hours of our time were wasted and we were seriously losing hope until we called icon. Icon assured us they had the correct tow for us to successfully have the car towed. David, our driver showed up, with the correct tow truck and got the car out of the parking lot in minutes. He was an absolute pleasure and so helpful. The car had to be towed to a dealership, but when we got there, it was closed with gates shut and nowhere to drop the car off. David shared our frustration and did everything he could to help. The situation was figured out in the end thanks to David and Icon and we are greatly appreciative to them and will absolutely use them again if needed and recommend to anyone in need. Thank you!!
I am so grateful to have found this car repair place. I had to take my car to them not once but twice in the past month. The first time I took it to them it was to correct a mistake that Conrads tire Care had made to my car. I taken my car to get my struts fixed on my car and they left them loose. The gentleman that owns this facility, kindly fixed the struts for me correctly. About a week later my water pump went out not only did they tow me from where I was within 40 minutes. My car was ready in a short period of time considering they had to order the part for my vehicle. The cost was reasonable, the service was great, and I will be using them until I no longer have to drive or I no longer live in Ohio
Wish I could give 0 stars the chubby guy is very unprofessional. I had to ask a random person for a ride that the guy said was 5 minutes from where my car was taken buy it was 10-15. I don't blame them for doing their jobs but when I mentioned I didn't know the place I was parking a tow zone he acted like he didn't care. He said picking up my car was an inconvenience to them when he should've told the person who called. I was Called a liar when I told him I sent the money even after I showed the recipe because I was not told it was cash only. Idk if the thing on the car was already missing or if they did it but he wanted to argue about that and sent pictures of other things. I would sit on the side of the road for days over asking for a tow from them.
When you hear of a person going above and beyond it kinda feels like they provided better than average service. That's not the case with ICON. This man helped me when others wouldn't or outright lied and stated they would but never showed. Waiting for hours with four kids and one diaper while getting the run around as we sit in an open lot next to the Cuyahoga river in downtown Cleveland... I called this man and explained my situation just hoping my kids and I aren't stranded any longer by yet another person. He showed up as he said he would and also cut me a deal. Couldn't believe how kind, generous, understanding and sympathetic he was. If you ever need a tow call ICON and nobody else. Don't waste your time. He doesn't waste yours!!! Thanks again!!!!
This towing company came to tow a delivery driver out of our driveway. Decided to drive in our wet, soggy yard and tear it all up any say nothing. When contacted, we were told tough and they weren't going to do anything about it.

Whoever was driving downtown Cleveland on june 15 might need a breathalyzer he was weaving in and out of traffic almost clipped our car no signals on ...might wanna check on that guy or get a better driver. Not a good representation of your company.
The guys are super professional and know their stuff, also reasonable costs so i was very pleased under the circumstances, thanks to Chris and Donnie! Both were helpful and professional, overall great experience
The tow truck driver was a gem but when calling the business number, they answered the phone a little sketchy and I had to ask if I was calling the right place. Price was reasonable and handled my car with care.
Thankfully I haven't had to use them and now I probably never will. Saw one of their tow trucks pulling a silver Camry going east on 90W just now averaging 75mph. I would hate to be the owner with the backend all messed up.
By far the easiest and best service imaginable. Called em up, they were here within 20 minutes, towed the car and ran my card with ease and speed(carefully of course), and dropped off where I needed it.
I wont be calling ANY OTHER COMPANY if I need tows in this area. Great price, great service, great people.

Said he would get to us in about 45 minutes. It has been an hour and a half and they have not picked up any of my calls since. Call ed d another towing company.
Rude, nasty and a scammer. Scheduled to come pick up a vehicle, when he got here said he couldn't pull it till it was in the street, once we got it there, he wouldn't take it. Pulled a bait and switch. Was contracted to pay $170 for the car and then basically wanted us to pay him to take it. I would recommend that no one ever call this company for anything.
