I recently had the pleasure of doing business with United Towing after my father's motorcycle accident. They answered all my questions, guided me every step of the way, and did everything they could to help me out. They even helped me get my father's license plate at the last minute.

They delivered a shipping container for me. Absolutely no problems with scheduling, communications, and delivery. The 40' container was set right where I need it. Really slick Landoll trailer that's designed for moving containers. Great driver too. Certainly would not hesitate to use them for moving containers.
One of their drivers almost ran me off the road at the Trebisky and Monticello Blvd intersection because he wanted to speed down Trebisky and turn right onto Monticello. If he performed his stupid move three seconds later he would have slammed into me.
These guys just saved me in a real pinch. My car was stuck in the justice center's basement and they worked their magic to get the car started and to get it out of the basement. Also helped tighten a wire I need. Really really saved me
My Truck got impounded while being in the hospital parking garage. Found out about a week later called them this morning. The owner of boss really helped me out in a tough situation when I needed to get a tow from this place after it broke down in the hospital parking. Would recommend the dispatcher working today even recommended some local shops to tow it to to help me save even more money. I'm not from Cleveland but if I ever need a tow I would call or recommend. Thanks again for helping me when things were tough thanks
My vehicle was towed to their St Clair lot after an accident. I have to show up in person so sign a release and nobody is here during their "open hours". When I called to inquire they were extremely rude and told me I would be waiting quite a while until anyone could get here and maybe try again later.
Had my car at the impound off st Clair, not only did the guy try to not let me get my personal belongings, when I got to my vehicle they STOLE EVERYTHING, THIEVES!
Really bad customer service, asking prices and time frames. They told me they’d be busy and can’t help my needs. The guy tells me 12/13/24 2:24pm that he heard enough from me he’s not helping me get my car towed. That’s not good for business.
not sure who answered the phone but he was very rude and tried to belittle me i’m assuming it was a man thing because i sound younger. didn’t even get far enough to get an estimate because of whoever decided they wanted to be rude.
THIS COMPANY RUINED MY CAR AND REFUSES ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN THE MATTER!!!! My car was in perfect condition, maintained regularly, never had any preexisting issues until it was towed by United Towing Services in Cleveland per order of the Cleveland metro parks police. My car was towed Friday, april 28 2023, and when I went to pick my car up on Monday, may 1st 2023, my car didn’t make it more than a block down off the lot. Confused at what the issue may be given the fact that my car was running perfectly when I was pulled over due to legal reasons and my car towed to their lot, I called united towing services and expressed my concern. They came back to pick up my car and bring it to their body shop to evaluate the issue and when they called me back the next day they informed me that my transmission has failed. I expressed to him that my car was in perfect driving condition and that I get it maintenanced regularly and that whatever issue has occurred from the time of the traffic stop until now is their responsibility, Kevin Sullivan said that he denies any responsibility in the matter. He states that his employees are properly trained and would not have messed up my car, although Kevin was not on the scene when my car was picked up to testify whether or not his staff properly executed the towing procedures. Due to this companies malpractice now my transmission on my car is shot after having no preexisting conditions and they deny any responsibility. I will be suing for their malpractice and negligence.

I am writing this letter to demand the payment of $3,500 to cover the cost of repair for the damages incurred during the towing of my vehicle, if you choose to settle this issue without involving the law. Despite giving your company and employees the benefit of the doubt by trying to handle this issue peacefully, if you continue to refuse responsibility in the damages your company has caused to my vehicle, and no attempt has been made to settle the outstanding balance I will be forced to take legal action against you. Consider this your first official notice.
If you choose not to fulfill my demand in a timely manner, I will be filing multiple claims against United Towing Services in court due to the malpractice of your company which resulted in the damage to my car, the negligence of your representatives by denying any responsibility in the matter, as well as any court costs and any other fees that came as a result to the damage on my car. I am requesting full payment of the amount of $3,500 within 14 days of receiving this letter. Failure to do so will compel me to take legal action against your company.
I would like to remind you that the damages to my vehicle greatly inconvenienced me. My vehicle was in working and running condition and regularly maintained prior to it being towed by your company. Not to mention the behavior of your staff in regards to this matter while inquiring for answers regarding my vehicle have been absolutely repugnant and far more neglectful and disrespectful than I have ever experienced before in a company. It is only fair that I receive prompt payment for the damages caused. I expect that you will do the right thing by settling this balance quickly and efficiently.
Kindly respond to this letter in writing within five business days to confirm receipt of this letter and to outline the steps you will take to settle the balance owed.

Driver was polite and respectful, on time and looked over vehicle to make sure my 14 year old car was still! in the same shape as when he first picked it up . I had absolutely no problem with this service
One of their drivers was just doing forty mph on a residential street while kids are outside playing. Should be more careful who you have representing your company.
Great customer service, had a lot of valuables in my vehicle and when I came to pick up vehicle everything was still there these guys is awesome didn't even give me a hard time was extremely helpful
Honestly, I think anyone enjoy these places lol but the attitude there was subpar and a trainee gave the wrong information resulting in 48 hours being wasted and more money to be spend as well as a lot of running around. But praise be to God , I got my car back even through the struggle ! Lol
This place is a joke!!! They towed my car and punctured my gas tank!!! They won't take responsibility and now I have to call my attorney!!!! I will definitely be giving them bad ratings on social media!!!!!
As a towing company on Cleveland ohio’s rotation , you represent the city you work for! Today proved they do not deserve to be on the rotation. They are not equiped to do anything expecially heavy towing and recovery . The trucks they drive are not even legal to be on the road let alone perform a recovery on a highly explosive semi truck and trailer rolled over . The one and only h( heavy truck ) they own is a 1970s model which doesnt even have tail lights or working stiff legs or a towing under reach . You need to be kicked off rotation and let a real company that can handle the towing business dave clark
I paid 300 dollars for a tow. And they tried to charge me for flares that they never used. On all that I have a dent in my hood that wasn't there before the tow.
Driver was nice, but not long on the job and the inexperience showed. When attempting to park our vehicle, he jack-knifed and the left wheel fell off the lift. He thought he hit something, I had to point out that the car has fallen off the lift. He then dropped the car and asked my husband to help push it in the driveway and I steer. That didn't work... So when my neighbors returned, he asked my neighbor if he'd help push. When my neighbors agreed, he got in his truck and dipped out.
Oh and I forgot to mention, when the car Jack-knifed and fell, a part broke off the bottom of the car and he wasn't going to tell me. Unaware that my husband is the actual owner of the car and watched it all happen.

I've been using United Towing for years to deliver our Shipping Containers. They are well managed, On Time, their drivers are professional and their trucks are clean. I started using them from a recommendation from another vendor and United Towing has been great in the 6+ years that we've been using them.
