I had the worst experience
The owner mouth is terrible he cuss me out call me every name in the book,his filthy secretary is even worse ,this is after I paid my tax ,title n got treated rude don't ever do there, Chris is very respectful n nice.
And they sold me a truck with a broken A/C
I’m not purchasing another car from here an won’t send nobody else I bought 3 other cars under Keeno the old management anytime I had a problem he fixed them no question this other guy that been there I just bought this car In February barely drove it cuz it drive my everyday car I go to drive it today an it just cuts off on me I call him an he basically saying ol well y’all just lost another great customer an the owner towed my car during a power outage for 200 dollars just to get the 300 dollar tow fee in the same day he towed another person car for 45 dollars to get the 300 dollar tow fee the owner is just ignorant an greedy an he treat his employees like trash that says a lot about his character
bad deals all they do is scheme and try to play you like you're stupid dont go there anybody they are not worth the headache negative 1 star they are an about trash buy here pay here dealership flatout
I bought my first car and several other cars from here... great cars..but this last time I tested a car I wanted when I pulled back to the lot... check engine light came on.the guy says: don't worry about it we will fix it. As they always have...sooooooo...he gave me their repair shop phone number....blrrrrrin...I call several times couldn't get someone on the line..so when my note was due...I asked the employee to call and grab me an appointment for the check engine light..by the time the appointment came their exact words were we look at your car but we're not fixing anything, you must pay for it... and upon speaking to the owner(Tony) about the situation he proceeds to try to get disrespectful with me in front of his employees to show power.. long story short: I will NEVER, I suggest you NEVER purchase sh!t from this lot again, thanks again Tony!!...
I purchased a vehicle from them that needed alil work and they fixed all mechanical issues with no problems. This my second vehicle from them. I give them a grade A
Very straight forward, helpful and friendly. NOT a sleazy salesman mentality very nice people and great deals on cars/trucks. We are very happy with our car paid a fair price and drove it home the same day, not even an hour later.
I just bought a 2008 ford escape and brake cap is melted on the car they should of checked this before selling it now its going to cost me alot to have it fixed i had this for 3 weeks now and had to replace tie rod and two stabilizer links fix a bad oil leak needs a flex pipe replaced and a new master cylinder there mechanic obviously doesnt gk over car through im very upset.i will even pay the mechanic to put another capbon and make it right and ill be happy
Might want to reconsider your options for a used car, especially with this used car dealership. They are not apart of the BBB and one is very conserned based on qualifications for repairs in order to sell cars as well as the state they are in as a “sold as is policy”. Just being honest.
I Purchased 2 vehicles from them last year. Was so happy with mine. We got one for my wife.Very honest, professional and willing to work with you. Very helpful
