I really like these people. I think they must have the store inventory memorized. I go in there and tell them what I am looking for and they come up with it. I replaced the ratty windshield wipers that Safelight gave me when they replaced my windshield last year. I got the best ones O'Reilly's had, along with the best window washer fluid, because I was out. The wipers were installed and the fluid was put in for free.

Noone really knowledgeable. Younger kids kinda trying to figure things out. The battery I was looking for you basically had to fill the battery yourself so it has no charge.

I can't make sense of this.... almost all off my front end work has been done on my car has come from this store. The guy that sold me my brakes, rotors, wheel hub, cv axle and other stuff that doesnt matter has ALWAYS priced match with summit racing. All these purchases has been different times, but all of a sudden the manager says he won't price match with summit racing..? 🤔 then he proceeds to tell me about their discounts. Jake was the reason I bought my car parts here same with the company I run. But whoever I just talked to is making me switch my business i deal with. It's sad cause I know the dm of this store and he cares about the loyalty of his store. If no stars was available it would be there.

Like some of the other reviews below, l cannot recommend Mike or Victor any higher at the Stow location. I had an application at work that needed a somewhat non standard size expansion plug. Both these guys jumped into this search like a hungry dog jumps on an unattended steak. They both told me how much they welcomed the challenge. They found the plugs I needed at the mfr's in GA. They spearheaded the effort to get them overnighted to the Stow store. We picked them up today, and they worked perfectly. Solely because of Mike and Victor's strong desire to meet their customer's needs, we were able to do the same to our customer and make our delivery on time. Outstanding results, gentlemen. Late Spring - I purchased a set of wiper blades and Jason installed. Off we went. A few weeks later, my wife and l were just a minute or two from the store. She went to use the wipers, and Boom! The plastic bracket blew apart and disintegrated. We pulled back into the store. Jason was there - looked up our purchase, and after apologizing for the inconvenience, he promptly replaced the set. Exactly how I would have expected him to handle it. Jan 2 2024 - came out that morning to a dead battery. (It's Ohio in January, it happens). Made to O'Reilly. Benjamin (store manager) could not have been more helpful. Installed the battery for me. (He hit a bit of a snag getting old one out - but got it done.).Car has been running like a champ. So O'Reilly has provided great pricing and service on three separate occasions for me. And when an issue came up - they rectified it right away. Many businesses talk a good game about customer service - O'Reilly delivers.

I got the best price here on a battery of the 3 other shops near buy and Jake was very kind and helpful and even installed the new battery for me for free. I highly recommend.

Friendly helpful young men working here. I needed some simple tools to change a battery terminal, no problem. My old truck still needed a jump and they brought out the jump box, boxes as it took 2. Thanks guys for getting me home.

Needed a fuel filter for a small engine. Took a chance and they had it. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. I will definitely go here again when I need anything engine related.

I stopped in around 4pm today because we needed a new battery. The guys working there were incredibly friendly and helpful. Best of all, they install it. 😃. I’ve got other things there and experienced great service then too.

3 lazy employees wouldn't assist a disabled person with cancer with a two minute job of hooking up cooling refrigerant on fathers day with nobody else in their store. Lost our families business! Autozone in Kent is the place to go...

Needed 2 spark plugs for my bike, these guys here went so far above and beyond to make sure I had everything perfect, parts & tools! They let me make sure the size was right before buying. Changed them in the parking lot and bike runs way better! Glad I live so close because that’s my parts store from now on for everything!!! A1 service guys!

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. David and Logan are forces of pure joy. They went above and beyond to help us find the parts we need. They were kind and caring and patient, and while that might not be what everyone needs in their auto parts shopping experience, it certainly was what we needed this morning.

They rented me a broken caliper tool for disc brakes. I made a temporary repair so that it could be used. They need better trained personnel to avoid problems like this. Otherwise, I think O'Reillys is great!

First off Please LIKE this review before clicking away! They had everything I needed and big thanks to the staff for assisting me with finding everything in their computer & on the shelves. Lastly, I appreciate the fact that they had some tools on hand that came in handy since I was out of town without even a screwdriver to my name!

Honestly it depends on what O'reilly you go too. I went to one and they sold me the wrong item and had to go to another one to get the right item. Over all they are nice and very helpful.

I needed to replace the battery in my key fob. Logan looked up a video of how to replace it, selected the right battery and had it installed and back together quickly. The staff is always helpful and polite.

Wow, I thought all parts stores were the same... not true. O'Reilly's goes above and beyond. Dave got me the part I needed today when no one else could at any price. He also got all the other stuff I needed gathered up and had it in a box for me waiting ready to go. This is the kind of service all parts stores should aspire to. Thanks O'Reilly's!

I cannot think of enough nice things to say about this O'Reillys establishment. I used to always go to Autozone because I liked their rewards system a bit more. However the employees, and specifically the manager of this particular establishment has me even driving out of my way to pickup whatever I may need for my two old unreliable vehicles. The store seems to be staffed by part time mechanics, who not only can offer advice, and look parts up, but actually know what they are talking about. They were even able to tell me struggles that I may run in to while replacing the Pittman arm on my truck. They never force a sale, or put you under pressure to purchase anything. When they did not stock the coolant for my car (Strange Rotary Engine Requirements) they never tried to pass off any other coolant as being equivalent. Gabe the manager of the store is especially helpful when trying to locate strange, and specific parts my car requires. He goes that extra mile that keeps me going back, and I try to recommend this store to all my friends for this reason.

Greg Henslee President/CEO Dear Mr. Henslee, I am a somewhat weary and overwhelmed single mother who returned home to Ohio to care for elderly parents. The economy here is rather dour at the moment. I needed a part for my 2006 Saab which has laid in pieces at a friends driveway for weeks. I had the car towed and was told that a part wasn't working. I have not had the best luck as a female dealing with people in the automotive industry. My gender sometimes wanders in with a deer in the headlights kind of stare in this type of store. It is hot and humid here and I was at wits end. I was greeted with immediate warmth and respect By Mr. Slama. He is a problem solver who is very patient and articulate. He is a multi tasker who handled five small auto chaos scrimmages by phone and in person in the ten minutes I was there. Gabriel went out of his way to try to call the manufacturer of the part aware of the time and energy bestowed on my car's behalf. I have rarely met any one of his skill and tenacity in a retail setting. You are very lucky to have an employee of Gabriel Slama's competence in your company. Respectfully, Lisa
