Spencer at the Stow location was fare and I could have walked away from deal at any time. If you need to get rid of a vehicle this place is good and if you don’t want to deal with dealerships or individual purchasers this is a good place.
PROS: Process is easy and quick
CONS: The in-person offer was significantly different than the online valuation. The online evaluation was over $2,300 and their first on-site offer was $500. I ended up settling for $1,500.

Kevin did an excellent job at appraising our vehicle. I was impressed with the level of detail he went through to explain the issues with the car. He showed us pictures of the problem areas and explained what would be required to repair the damage. Although we wished we could have sold it for more money we understood why.

It took an excessive amount of time to sell my car. They offered $1,400 over the phone. After going through the whole inspection and driving my car, the worker told me he could only offer me $100, which was ridiculous. I was offered more at a scrapyard. The whole experience took two hours to get him to MATCH the scrapyards price. Would have been a lot less hassle had I just gone there instead.
Top job by Spencer! Let’s be honest, you need to be realistic about the price of your car. You’re getting rid of it for a reason & those reasons cost to sell your car. With that said, the process & experience was straight forward & easy. Spencer explained every step & was very professional. In about an hour, walked in with a car & left with a check in hand! Highly recommend & would use again.
We buy any car is a great place. Kevin took care of me and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable being a female selling a car. I brought my 2013 Kia to the Stow location. Kevin inspected my car, had a quote ready in 30 mins. They are very honest and give you the right amount for what your car is worth. Once I signed the documents and cleaned out my car a check was waiting on me. I walked out feeling really good. Once I got home my husband reminded me of his $200 sunglasses I had left behind. Wasn't sure what to expect from a business I happened to hear about on the radio- it did sound a little gimmicky to be honest- but I was pleasantly surprised. A no-fuss place to sell your vehicle, conveniently local.

I was very skeptical going into this -- seemed too good to be true. Checked them out and they have a very good BBB rating. Lucas gave me a very fair valuation, much more than the dealer was willing to give me as a trade-in. A few days later I took my car in to sell it -- expecting a bait and switch -- but was given the complete valuation as promised. Michael was very professional and helpful. Check was given to me and it cleared in two days. I will *definitely* sell cars to them in the future!
The Dan the representative was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. He made me feel comfortable and was able to find a reasonable purchase price for my vehicle. There is one thing you have to know and that is before you go be honest with yourself on what your car is really worth. Mine had some pretty good dents and a couple expensive mechanical issues. I receive more money for my car than I expected.
