I came in because my car was making noises and I didnt know what it was. I dont know much about cars and even how much things are for them. To book the appointment, the guys were nice over the phone and we were able to quickly plan an appointment. At the shop, they were very kind to me and despite not knowing what was wrong initially they took car of my car and fixed it super quickly. They didnt have one of the parts at their shop but within a couple hours, they bought it picked it up and fixed my car. With all they had to do, it was a very reasonable price. I go to car shops worried about being overcharged but not this place. To me, they guys remind me of family and I will definitely be coming back for any future car maintenance.
Had a great experience at autotech today. They were able to fix our AC when others couldn't ,and quoted me a reasonable price. They stuck to the estimate, and Bill gave us excellent customer service. Thanks y'all.
Great first experience got a water pump replaced.
When I called to book they had great availability and gave me a quote.
The quote was more than fair and even included the cost(s) if extra work common to this type of repair would be necessary once they inspected my vehicle.
They finished the work the same day and I was notified the car was done.
Pickup went smoothly total matched the lower end of the estimate and since I brought it in as soon as I noticed the symptoms no additional work was needed.
I would recommend this place to others they do great work at a fair price!
Whoever runs this place is so rude.. needs a major attitude adjustment. Called about getting my car in and was met with complete disrespect and insane prices.. would never do business here
Just called this morning to speak to someone about potentially getting my car looked at and fixed. When asked to describe my complaints I started by saying that I recently replaced my battery due to having what I think are electrical problems, maybe to do with the Battery or Alternator. He doesn't even let me finish my sentence before rudely stating "So how about you tell me what your COMPLAINTS are instead of what you THINK it IS?" I was caught off guard and responded "I apologize sir, I was getting there." I then explain the rest of the thought I had earlier, to which his only response is "Well do you realize this will be at least $400?" I was so put off by the attitude even in the first few exchanges that I let him know I was no longer interested due to his blatant attitude and would be seeking other services. He gladly ended the call, no customer service!
Schedule service on my car. They were very rude and dismissive. Make you feel incompetent. They wanted me to drop my car off a day early just in case someone didn’t show up. How is someone supposed to go 3 days with out their car for a 1 day job.
Always give me a realistic quote thats more than what I need to pay!! I much prefer to know the max something could cost and be pleasantly surprised when it's less. and they're always willing to work with me when I need to get things fixed quick!
Absolutely terrible service from the front desk, from the time scheduling to pickup. Not only was he SO rude over the phone and in person, as soon as we picked up our car the issue we got “fixed” began again. Turned right around to get it back in and he said it would be at least a few weeks. Mind you- this is after we paid $400 to fix the issue that is now still not fixed. We will never be coming back to Autotech.
I was 3 hours from home ... pulling our camper ... and encountered engine issues. It was the weekend and I stopped at Autotech to see if a code could be pulled as to what the issue was. They hooked up their computer and informed me that it was a misfire issue ... and that cylinder 5 had misfired 22 times. Since I could still drive my truck, and the issue wasn't horrible ... I decided to handle when I returned home ... now knowing it wasn't a transmission issue. Autotech charged me nothing for their time. Just said "glad we could help". Great folks! That small act really took a lot of worry off my back. If I wasn't from out of town ... and it was a workday for them (it was Saturday) ... I would definitely take my vehicle to them!
My father and I are from Eastern Pennsylvania, and were making a trip to southern Ohio when our truck broke down just outside of Athens. It was late in the afternoon and we had been traveling for many hours. Everyone at Autotech was extremely nice and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk communicated well with us, their mechanic diagnosed the problem and made the repairs in a very short time. They got us back on the road within hours. We could not have received better service; a big ‘thank you’ to them!
Had car trouble while passing through Athens. Not only were they able to tow and repair my car for a fair price, they were able to get it done the same day, which allowed me to continue onto my destination with only a few hours delay. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in the area.
These boys have been servicing my car for several years and I’ve never gotten the feeling that they were cheating me. The work they have done has not cost a fortune and I’ve never had to take it back to fix the fix.
I have my tire repaired there. The next day it was flat again that next morning so I went back in and quote it's not our problem your tires too bad. But it wasn't bad enough 24 hours earlier to charge me $18 and something to fix it as long as I was going to pay him more money that it done anything I wanted him to do but they actually do the job that I already paid them for they didn't want to do that
