Went on to the website to order a part and the website allowed me to order and stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. Showed up to pick up the part and they were closed!!! Now I have to find another shop to order my part and wait for my refund, which who knows how long that will take. I used $5 in rewards also, I will expect those rewards back!
I needed a new battery badly and Bob was able to provide me service immediately (he even came across the street in the cold weather to help me out so I wouldn't need a tow truck!). Bob was friendly, professional and speedy, couldn't recommend more!
These people are great. I had a difficult time finding a part, and they took their time to call around and look into finding the part. I would recommend this business to my friends any day.

I was there a couple weeks ago got a 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic ask for the same thing I got two weeks ago didn't get that thought it would be on his computer he said it wasn't he must have put in the wrong numbers but after waiting 20 minutes I got what I wanted
I really like this place, as well as, Huddle Tire. BUT, one thing I will say is that the woman that works there, (glasses, short hair) is rude as all get out. Not only was she rude, but she walked into the shop next door and proceeded to gossip and put down a young girl because she hadn't a clue about what was going on with her car, just that something wasn't right. With all this being said, don't blame the store. All of the other employees are wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Putting a young woman down, presumably because she herself is self-conscious, is beyond immature and HORRIBLE. GROW UP. You don't have a clue as to the battles that people face in their own lives, so for the 10 minutes of time that you have to deal with them, at least TRY not to be nasty.
Great hometown parts store. Friendly staff, good selection, and competitive prices. If they don't have something they can get it for you by that afternoon or next morning. Bought brake pads and saved a lot of money compared to competitors. Plus, it feels good to support a locally owned business.
