Shortly after requesting a tow from my insurance I was given a text and phone call about arrival of the tow. Albert double checked to see if I had a ride then I said Id figure it out, He asked where I was going and said he would just drop me off before taking my car to the dealership. Highly Recommended very friendly and great FAST service.
They went above and beyond for me. Got me off the side of I90. Truck dropped off and me safe at a motel. Ive had many problems in my travels and havent ever had someone take care of me like they did!
I've had need of Albert's services more than I care to admit and can say that I don't want to call anybody else. He takes good care of my car, is mindful of my property, works to get the job done in a timely manner and He communicates well. I've even called him and had him give advice on how to get my car moving as it would be cheaper for me than for him to come get it when he could have simply accepted the job and charged me "an arm and a leg" proving that he believes in his tag like: "we don't want your arm or leg, just your tows".
Finally, he did NOT raise prices when the economy made sense for him to do so. I don't know what his costs are now, but I remember calling him for service and expecting the cost to have increased but it didn't because "y'all aren't making any more money either" was basically his response.
Highly recommended.
Albert came out at 8 pm to tow an abandoned car on our property in Conneaut. The car had sat on our rental property for 4 years. You will not find a better company, person, or a more reasonable rate than you will from Coccitto's Double A Towing and Recovery. Super nice person. Thank you, Albert, for helping Tony and me on such short notice.
After driving to Ohio and heading back to PA we got into an accident and needed our vehicle and trailer towed home about 40-45 miles. After multiple companies canceled and being stuck on the side of Ohio route 11 for over 2.5 hours Double A towing and recovery came to the rescue. Very nice, professional, efficient, and was able to get the job done within minutes of arriving. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in the near areas needing his services!
I needed winched out of a ditch in Meadville, PA but for some reason Progressive enlisted the services of this company out of Conneaut, OH instead of a local company. A two hour wait in the 19°F temps. ??? That's not Double A's fault. When the driver, Dave, showed up he was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and quick to rescue my vehicle. Five stars for Double A, one star for Progressive.
Albert came out twice to tow me in the same day. He was a pleasant guy and got me on my way again quickly. If you ever need a tow in the area I would highly recommend them.

Hard worker, great tow driver, and a cool guy. I've needed him a couple times. He even came all the way to Erie to get me one time when I was stranded on 90.
Hopefully I won't need him again anytime soon (lol), but I'd recommend Albert to anyone who needs a tow.
Great hard working guy, saved me stranded on the side of 90 late at night in the pouring rain. Fast response time and fair prices. Definitely use Double A again if needed in the future.
Albert did a fantastic job at towing a friend of mines car and he has towed many for me , I have sent many people his way his tow rates are awsome and when ur down on ur luck all u need is a 100+ tow bill . I highly recommend this guy if u need a tow or a car recovered out of a ditch or off road .
