Problem was they took vehicle to there lot not where I wanted it.As it turned out this time they were correct vehicle was totaled.If it wasn't i would have had a other tow to where I needed to go for repair

Josh was AMAZING. I found myself stuck on the side of the road with frozen wipers during the November 2024 storm. I was scared, cold and alone, and Josh didn’t hesitate to pull over, offer assistance and options for me since I was from out-of-state and didn’t know where I was, all while caring for his own family in the process! I know my family and I are so grateful for his generosity and kindness. Highly recommend !!

Quotes 30 min arrival showed up in 15 my 18 wheeler keys where in the truck he was super nice and very fast at getting the truck unlocked I highly recommend this guy def the fastest I have ever dealt with all my years on the road!!!

I can't say enough good things about Josh and his company. My friend and I broke down on our way to Ohio from NY and Josh was called to save the day...and he did! He was so super friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding and gave us great advice on our situation options, suggested places to call, and even drove us to the car rental place and stayed till we knew we had wheels to get us back on the road. He made us relaxed when we were obviously stressed by the situation at hand and was so professional and kind. Reasonable rate too!! He took my truck back to NY the next day on a flatbed and it arrived in great time and in perfect shape. I lock my keys in my car and was 2 hours from my home. Thankful I had phone reception and called Josh. He met me in about 40mins and was able to get into my car I about 3 minutes. He was incredibly professional and very friendly. I would recommend Severs towing for any lockout need. Thank you.

Mr. Severe came and picked up my rig that broke down on the side of the road. I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't what I got. I got a real cool, knowledgeable guy with a good conversation for about an hour away to frya Freightliner in Youngstown, OH. He is a cool guy and I would recommend his service to anyone and he is open 24/7.

I broke down at a rest area in PA. My company called several local tow companies but severe was the only one that was willing to come out. Joshua got there fast had my truck and trailer set up in no time and towed me back into OH. Joshua was very very courteous. his truck was clean and comfortable to ride in while mine was being towed.
