Such a nice guy and got there quickly. My mom has a habit of locking her keys in her car and he's come to the rescue twice now. Her car was left running this time so she was panicking and he got there within 15 minutes and had it unlocked really quickly. Very kind man and we really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Never showed up nor never called me back to tell me anything.. They have even lied to me about getting a car TOWED OFF of are property. They said the it was against the law to remove someone's car off r property that had been parked in are driving way and my mother is critically ill and it was in the EMT WAY OF GETTING IN THE HOUSE TO MY MOTHER... SO MY MOTHER'S NURSES HUSBANDS OWES A TOWING COMPANY HIS SELF AND CAME THE SAME DAY AND TOWED IT OFF. YES THE PURDINS TOWING COMPANY TOWED THE CAR OFF FOR FREE AND THE PERSON GOT THERE CAR BACK WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE SCOTT'S TOWING COMPANY HAS LIED TO ME AND OTHER'S ABOUT TOWING HE MAKES LIES UP PLUS THE PRICES CAN BE ONE COST THEN ANOTHER PERSON CAN CALL FOR SAME EXACT TOW AND THE PRICE CHANGES BY $15.OO TO $20.00 PER THE SAME EXACT TOW... I am from out of town, ended up sliding down boehm mountain. Scott&Combs came and got me out of a ditch changed my tire all for half the price of what my "All-State Roadside Assistant wanted to charge me and they didn't even show up. S&C towing is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.
Refused to help tow us home because of the distance. Turned down AAA and left us stranded.
The company claims they don't pay enough which is untrue. The rates are good. They were simply waiting for a bigger fish... a car crash... and didn't want to be off the road for hours.
The company did manage to call me and complain while my wife and I sat there desperately trying to find a way to remove our vehicle from a dangerous situation.
Later that day I was informed why companies like this avoid long hauls. It's not because the money is bad; it's because they would rather sit around and hope for a car crash.
The fact that you left us in a bad spot says a lot about your integrity. Your clients are not dollar bills, they are people.
