Very nice store organized and well kept, but the store manager is as rude and disrespectful as they come to put it short. As long as he works there I’d recommend going across the street to O-Riley’s.

I went in the autozone in west union ohio and told the manager of the store who has a nose piercing and a lot of tattoos that i had a problem with my headlights. He asked what I needed. And I responded I'd have to show him what I was talking about..he responded oh God what now and got really mad. I turned around and left. This the worst store ever. For a manager of the store to act like that is not only rude but down right disrespectful.
I wanted to take the time and give a shout out to Robert at the West Union Ohio store. I came in with a battery problem and Robert was very professional and honest. This could have cost me a chunk of change to replace it, however, Robert did his due diligence and charged the battery and an hour later when I came back he had already determined my battery was bad and had the new one waiting for me under warranty at the counter. I appreciate this type of top notch customer service. Thank you Robert!
I have been so far a life long AutoZone supporter. At age 58, I have been coming to AutoZone since my first car a long time ago. My family and I moved from Texas almost a year ago. I have found this West Union store to be just as clean, fair on price, staffed with good people and great support for when I needed it, just like in Texas.
Keep up the good work team and be proud of what you do for the community.
No one likes bad reviews as I have seen here and you will never please everyone. Learn and continue to be the AutoZone I have always said, I am proud to get my supplies from.

We were having issues with our truck prior to making the trek back home to NC so we stopped at the local Auto Zone in West Union. The staff there was absolutely incredible in the way they assisted us when we needed help beyond what they could provide for a broken spark plug. Not only did they allow us to use their tools but tried to find a local mechanic to come help us and took time they did not have to in helping us to fix our problem and get back home. I would recommend this store to anyone. I can definitely say our back home would have never gone above and beyond and it was such a comforting feeling to not feel stranded in a town 6 hours away from us. We will forever be grateful for everything you did and how you made us look twice at people coming together in hard times.
Have spent at least $2000 at this store in the past 6 months to fix my vehicle properly just to be told they would not use their computer to delete the codes and make the check engine light go off. Will never shop at an autozone again. O'Reilly auto parts was more than happy to assist me after explaining to them everything had been replaced. Shop O'Reilly way better customer service.
Eric, Aaron, Kylie, Charles was all an amazing help with sockets and a breaker bar i was coming from kentucky and broke down and they helped with absolutely everything
I couldn't ask for a better group of people to help me out in my situation and they all deserve a raise for the much needed help and tools
There was a new guy there and he did a great job! Friendly and courteous. Made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone's always nice in here. Clean and organized.
Went in today for a valve cover and some new plugs, took awhile to find the parts. I did get what i needed, but to start off the guy at the counter when I first walked in said he was on lunch so he couldn’t help then had to wait around for help. While I was checking out another customer came in and wanted to do a return and the supervisor came in and was very rude with him and seemed overwhelmed and they were just goofing off not professional at all. Just not the customer service that it used to be there.
Went to Autozone in West Union Ohio today to get our battery checked to see if we needed a new one! Of course we did. Ordered a new battery and went to change it out for the new one. And ran into issues. The old battery had saw better days and was a pain to get out. Not 1 but all 3 employees working were there to assist us in any way possible to get this battery out. Finally they got it out!! So a huge shout out to Luke, Dom and Kevin from the West Union Autozone. You all are a perfect example of what customer service should be! Can't thank them enough. So if you need any parts please go to West Union Autozone. You won't regret it.
I've repeatedly been sold the wrong parts. I've had to return multiple times a day, multiple times. And usually I still never got the right part. I usually end up going to O'Reilly's across the street. I needed a negative side battery terminal. Got sold a positive side one instead. Then instead of offering a refund and to give me the correct part, they made me buy a spacer that ended up being too big. It ended up damaging the terminal and crimping the spacer beyond use or return. It also damaged my battery post. Ended up going to O'Reilly's and Napa instead. The worst employees I've dealt with by far. They couldn't even be bothered to try to fix the mistake in the first place. What should've been a $7 fix became a $130 fix.
Anymore this is my go-to auto parts store. If they don't have it, they can typically get it. It's been my experience, they typically already have it in stock! Some of the best and most knowledgeable employees you can hope for.
I walked in there and automatically a new kid named Hunter greeted me and asked me what I need and I got it automatically he was very friendly and helpful.
Outstanding service. As soon as I walked in an employee asked if I needed help with anything. I needed a new bulb for my headlight. He got his toolkit out and went out in the parking lot and replaced it for me charging me only for the bulb, no labor charge. That's typical with Autozone, too, by the way. Good job, guys!
Update 3/10/2023 I'm an old disabled Vietnam veteran and I bought a new car. I didn't have a big enough Phillips head screwdriver to put the new license plate on and I was too embarrassed to just ask them to put the new plate on without buying something, so I went in and asked them if they sold license plate screws and told the guy I didn't have the right size Phillips head. When we went out to look he said, "You've already got screws in there." So he put my new plate on for free. I would have been glad to buy a new set of screws, I wasn't trying to manipulate him, but he cheerfully switched out the plates for me. I can't say enough good about this store or any of the other AutoZone locations I have visited. It's as if the corporation trains new employees to be helpful and to be nice about it.
Came in the get brake pads for my car. I always buy from AutoZone. They had trouble finding the warranty for the pads and a guy named Seth walked up to help. After a good 30 minutes he was able to get everything squared away and I was taken care of. I appreciate the persistence that Seth had.
Decided to give this location another chance. TODAY I was very pleased. Great service. Knowledgeable employees that could answer questions and actually find parts for my car. I was told last time they are no longer doing the rewards program. TODAY I was told that program had never ended and my phone number and name are still valid. We breezed thru the process and I did not leave with steam coming out of my ears this time. Thank you gentlemen!! We will be returning to your location soon.
This location is not the best place to purchase parts. Go across the road to orielys. Much better service and more parts in stock instead of ordering. To much turn over of employees there too. No one stays there long enough to learn the job properly.

I love this dairy bar very fast and friendly service great food great prices. There's not too many of these dairy bars around anymore I hope this one stays around for a long long time, we need to get back to Old School!!!
I went to the AutoZone in West Union Ohio yesterday, June 29th 2020, and Doug, one of the workers there went out of his way to come outside and literally replace all the tabs that hold the door panel in place on my minivan. I had problems doing it he went above and beyond any duty I've seen any store clerk ever do. Go to this AutoZone they truly care about their customers.
First shift customer service at this location is a JOKE ! Do your self a favor go across the street to O'Reilly's or Napa is just down the street. One would think an auto parts retailer would hire people who actually want to be there and have a basic knowledge of auto parts.
They sale you the wrong part's more than any place I know have made 3 trips in one day from Bluecreek Ohio to west union Ohio returning parts they handed out. When the company interview's the workers they give them a computer skills test. How about asking them what a Carburetor looks like
I was having battery issues and they were good enough to help me track down the problem. I just wish the prices were not so inflated, only millionaires can afford to shop there. Also they give no Veteran discounts, that alone is a slap in the face of each and every Veteran and every God fearing Christian American citizen.
