Not great service have called multiple times to have parts check on they say they have them and lay them out and get them next day get there and parts are not there. There are very few people there who actually will help and are great at what they do but these individuals are the problem.
I went in tonight and appreciate the customer care and information Nolan gave. He was very helpful and its nice to beable to ask questions and someone really care enough about the job to help!!! Definitely recommend!!!
Sometimes takes 30 minutes to get ahold of somebody on the phone it is hard to get some one on the phone and ask them if they have certain parts I have been in there and it had three people helping one person and 10 people standing in line waiting for service you will waste a lot of time sometimes

TERRIBLE customer service!! I walked in, the worker didn’t acknowledge me, only 1 other customer in the store. When I asked about product I needed he mumbled “over there”. When asked what one I needed, I replied “ I was hoping you could look that up?” Even the other customer offered to help because “Nolan” was useless! I will not use this store again!
I don’t use this particular O’reilly store as often I once did. Due to moving away from the area. I still use other Oreilly locations near me quite often. And I still have family in West Union I visit. So I occasionally still do use the West Union store. With that said, the West Union location is my favorite. The entire staff has always been good to me. From back when they opened & Justin was the manager. And currently with Joe as manager. Justin, Joe, Bill, John, Dylan and all the guys are good guys. With many years of knowledge when it comes to parts! They are always helpful. Some other O’reilly location employees, could learn from these guys and this store!
There's a nosy person that works here and he needs to stop calling a person named Joe Gillespie. I tired of coming in to this store when I am in West Union, OH to by stuff and the employees look at me stupid and then tell me that they can't order a part, but they sell it at the Maysville, KY O'Reilly Auto Parts store. Because if I have to get ahold of the Corporate office of O'Reilly Auto Parts Stores then I have no problem with that complaint and I will record their names and photos of that store in West Union, OH.
Let me start by saying I'm a die hard O'Reilly's person no matter where I am in the country if I need to buy something auto related I try to go to a O'Reilly's but this one is the worst one I have been to, there was only me and one other customer, the one worker was busy helping the other customer and despite us standing behind that person for at least 10 mins the other two workers just stood behind the counter talking about stuff that didn't even sound related to the store at all, after standing there for so long I just sat myself down and left and took my business elsewhere, and won't be back if I ever need anything in that area again.
Really good service and always willing to help you. They seem to stay busy or steady all the time. You may have to wait a little bit to be waited on, but they will get right with you and help you. Went in awhile back to get a new battery and the sales clerk was willing to change it for me.
Overworked employees that are outstanding individuals who do not receive enough respect or acknowledgment from their higher up peers. The district manager gives off the impression that he is an egotistical a****** with no regard to his crew that he is responsible for. Overall the service is good and every employee that works there will go above and beyond. It’s outstanding how a major corporations can screw the people over that make them the most money. Screw Justin Ross.
Nice people but the manager called the tow truck on my vehicle@4pm and I got there to get it @6pm. I told them I would be back before closing time WHICH IS @ 9PM.....
Always great service. Parts usually in stock with the occasional must order. Everyone there is fast, friendly, and knowlegable. NEVER had any problems. Thanks guys and gals. Keep up the good work. Joe you're a great manager with great employees.
One of the only places in my hometown that gives military discount. Have quality parts but you need to know what to ask for or you will get cheaper quality. That's the same with all parts stores though.
I go here everytime I need something for my wife's car or mine and always recommend friends and family to check them first. The quality of the parts are better and normally better priced than the other parts stores, they are able to get what you need within a day on most cases as well, and they never hassle you with returns.
I have had problems with O'Reilly parts. I call and ask if they have the part and the price. Get there no part and it is usually 4 times more. The other issues are the mask . The employees don't where mask. I have been in 2 different states. Both stores were the same. I am done with them I left autozone for the same price and availability problems. Must be company policy not to wear mask. Done.
Has a very wide variety of parts & was very helpful with putting code reader on my vehicle to help pinpoint problem. Also has loaner tool program so you don't have to buy a specialty tool to do 1 job & never use it again. Very friendly & helpful service
I have been here several times. They may not always be able get what I need but the staff are always friendly and helpful. The reason I shop here most is because they are most likely to have what I need in stock. Usually when I am there they are busy so I have generally had to wait to ask a question or check out. (Apparently others have the same opinion of them as I do lol)
