I honestly don't know why this establishment doesn't have 5 stars. my family and I have been using Decolas since we moved to the area and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for tow service. The drivers know this area like no other and that means they know how to handle the crazy roads and driveways that we have here. If you need knowledgeable, courteous and helpful services this is your spot. From dispatch to tow, you'll be in expert hands.
Called sunday to ask about a price to pick me up at East yancey, and the girl on the phone said this isn't the nineties anymore. All i asked was what the price was. Extremely rude.
Excellent service, they responded quickly to my roadside flat in Burnsville, NC. Office staff was very professional and dispatched technician right away. Bobby was considerate and thorough in his service. Thank you!
Our business was in town assisting with hurricane Helene recovery; the owners of this entity and some employees did not handle a situation where our equipment was towed by them with professionalism. The equipment being towed was our fault; but the lack of customer service or kindness that falls on them.
Caroline at decolas is about the only professional person to speak with , the female owner is just as rude as the gal working at Burnsville location
I was not upset that they towed my vehicle , that clearly is my problem the problem with the employee who answered the phones after hours when the website says 24 hrs couldn't give me a price to get a vehicle from them you gotta pay cash
Then I drove to 1 location to find out my truck wasn't there but at a different location the lady who answered didn't like that I said Merry Christmas on the phone so chose to run me around for her on liking and the owner didn't seem to care that she treated me this way I wasn't rude and wasn't mad that it got towed by them I was upset by the unprofessionalism of her and her female worker with her kids at work
I also did call twice once on a Sunday and Monday on Monday she chose not to tell me that my bucket truck was at a different location
If I could give zero stars I would during to attitude towards me
By the way I came to help clean up after hurricane Helene , I sure hope they don't treat you this way
I am from out of town. My dump truck needed a tow. Several folks recommended them. They took good care towing, and pricing was very fair. Good folks to work with.
