Definitely the best place to get your car or truck fixed. Brought in my truck for them to fix everything up, and it came out flawless! Absolutely one of the best auto motive shops in wake county. Decent pricing with everything make this place a bonus ?

The service is quick, you have a very comfortable waiting room with rocking chairs and a tv, you get so relaxed you don't even mind waiting! The staff is phenomenal, pleasant and friendly and very accommodating

I had an accident and had to have my car towed there. Hayden called to get the story and was extremely accommodating. Storage fees were fair! I will be back.

Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Came home and noticed 2 small dings and paint scrape on driver door; had oil leak/drops for 2 days and had two greasy hand prints on the hood. I Called and spoke to the owner who didn't apologize and all he said was " I tell you what i want you to do, come tomorrow and I look and see how we could have done that and then we talk"! Needless to say I didn't go because a professional businessman would not address a customer in that manner and I'm too busy to waste my time going there just to hear a no. So, I just decided to write it off as bad experience and needless to say won't take our cars there anymore. This was my experience. Good luck.

This is the only place I like bringing my vehicles to. They fit you into their schedule, not the other way around. They're always kind and work with you no matter your level of auto knowledge and I've never had to worry about being taken advantage of.

I can't recommend Mike and the crew at Western Auto enough! Not only do they do great work, but they care about their customers and treat them like neighbors. My family and I have been taking our car to them for two and a half years. They've always done great work at a fair price and go out of their way to help us. They've even given my wife and kids a ride home so they wouldn't have to wait for the repairs to be made! I won't go to any other mechanic shop while Western Auto is still in business.

Great folks to work with. They have fit me in as a drive in customer several times. If they cannot get to the repair that day they will set an appointment or give you a quote to consider your options. I have found the to be very reasonably priced compared to other shops also.

A little bit of everything with very friendly workers. All tires we have gotten for both vehicles have been great and very fair priced. We'll definitely be back.

Great small town hardware store, auto parts, and auto maintenance services. The owner, Mike Apple, is "salt of the earth," and a genuinely good person with whom to do business. His prices are fair, the services are of high quality, and I trust him and his staff implicitly. Whenever my teenage daughter needs an oil change, inspection, or anything auto related, I send her to Western Auto; fantastic service and people.

If I could give them 10 Stars I would!! Great customer service every time I walk in. They do excellent work and their prices are fare. Cameron in particular is always extra friendly but everyone is always super helpful and seem to know their stuff. Even though the shop is a bit out of the way for me it's definitely worth the drive. I came for brake replacement and a tire I'll be back in a couple weeks for an oil change. If you pick this place you won't be disappointed!!

This place is awesome. Their customer service is always the treat-you-like-a-friend kind you can never find anymore these days. We live locally so this place is wonderful for quick stops for hardware and automotive supplies to save us a trip further into Knightdale or Raleigh. Recently found out they do state auto inspections, too, which just adds to our reasons for continuing to give them our business. Oh my goodness…The Green Egg has arrive in Wendell. Best marketing. I stopped just because they had the giant Green Egg on their building. The staff was delightful and helpful. They have a great display and selection of Green Eggs. They have a full selection of accessories etc. Highly recommend!

Much more than a parts store. Their services range from inspection to motor repair. I took them my wife's Mercedes Benz for a new starter Friday at 100pm and they delivered it back to my house by 1000am the next morning. Best Auto Repair Service in Wendell. I have been a happy customer for 35 years!!
