I went to this dealership in search of a SUV that could accommodate my electric wheel chair as well as myself. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was treated fairly, and was welcomed by the two owners. They knew what I was needing and found me a 2017 Ford Explorer. I love my new car and I met two new friends in the process. I would recommend Eagle Rock Motors to anyone who is in search of a good used car.

If you want friendly and honest service when it comes to buying a used car, this is the place. Just a wonderful experience with nice family owned businesses. Really great people!

I bought a chevy colorado from Eagle Rock motors, not only did they have the BEST pricing but they were so friendly! I came back within a week to get my permanent tags, and they remembered our names and our little boy. Phenomenal customer service, very transparent and overall just a trustworthy dealership. Ramzi and Maysa are incredible. Stayed open late for me to check out a vehicle, offered a fair amount for my trade, gave me tips on financing. I haven't purchased yet because of timing, but I plan to stay with them for all my vehicle needs in the future. Great people, great cars, great atmosphere.

Honest, professional experience! Bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra from Eagle Rock. I was given the opportunity to completely inspect and drive the vehicle. Also, urged to take it to my personal mechanic for detailed inspection. Received a Carfax report without asking and was fully informed about minor front end damage that the vehicle sustained but fully repaired. Vehicle was obviously in great shape. After researching and driving multiple Tundras, I feel I got a great deal with this one. I had my own financing when I arrived so the whole process was quick; maybe 90 minutes. I’d definitely recommend Eagle Rock. Oh!, and I got a free Diet Coke outta the deal. ??

Bought a vehicle on Friday. Everything seemed great. They were so nice and friendly even to my mom. They showed us paperwork where they had this fixed and that fixed so we felt comfortable that everything was OK. Car starts jumping really bad take it to Volkswagen today and he automatically said he knew what was wrong because he remembered the car coming in a couple weeks ago. The transmission. $2000 worth of parts and work that are needed. So Eagle Rock bought the parts so they could have the receipts to show us something was done but in reality they did nothing but reset the codes on the car and take their parts they bought back. It was a very shady deal from what I thought were so nice of people. And now they don't want to do what is right and fix the car that they swore was done before they even put it on the lot. You can get ahead in life by schemes and tricks. But eventually everything does catch up. They won't make right what they did. And we are stuck with a car that has serious problems.

I love this place, I drove 180 miles from Fayetteville to Wendell to purchase a 2011 Nissan Frontier. It was a joyous experience and the customer service was fantastic. The Frontier was even better in person than the photos online and the price just could not be any better. If you are in the market for a car and do not want to deal with the impersonal dealers in your area, take a drive out to Wendell, NC and talk with the people of Eagle Rock Motors, you will not be disappointed.

I am very pleased with my purchase at Eagle Rock motors!! Tye went out of her way to help me work through some issues I was having with my bank. The owners went the extra mile, very friendly, very easy going! I ended uo well within my price range for what I was looking to purchase and the support and details they went to make it happen were outstanding! I bought a car from them about a month ago and I'm very pleased. They worked to help me stay within my budget. Several weeks after the purchase when we had a minor problem with the car they arranged to have it fixed at no cost to me. If you've ever dealt with used car dealerships and I understand that you're buying a car as is ,I'd say that's pretty impressive to go out of their way to take care of problems after the purchase. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them and you shouldn't either.

Eagle Rock motors did a very excellent job in providing me and my brother with many options for cars with reasonable prices. What a great place to buy a car. It can be overwhelming when looking especially when the car is for your daughter. Javier was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable with our decision.

Absolutely fantastic dealership. I recently purchased a used Mini from them and Javier was amazing. The process encountered some problems throughout the sale, including financing troubles and he was exceptionally patient throughout the whole ordeal. During the final portion a small, but mildly expensive ($400ish) mechanical issue was found, and they instantly offered to take it to their mechanic. Not only did they fix the part, but he had the mechanic check over everything else once more before I drove off. Overall I am exceptionally happy with the service at this location, Javier and the team were fantastic and I fully recommend going to see what they can do for you. *I will update this review in a few weeks after consistently driving the car in case there are any other issues or problems that pop up, but I dont expect any. I'm certain this will stay as a 5 star visit, if only because I cannot rate it higher.*

Love this place! Bought my first car from here and I couldn't have gotten a better experience anywhere else. I was able to get a true feel for the cars without having anyone force a car on me. This is our first used car in the US; amazing experience, reliable people and they allow their customer to patiently inspect the car, ask questions and no one is trying to breath over your neck trying to sell the car.
