I tried calling here for a tow and spoke with Angela and she was extremely rude and was yelling at me. Not who I would do business with. Horrible customer service and disrespect won’t help yall get any of my business or anyone I know. I’ll be calling anywhere but them from now on.
Hired Alan's for a forklift transport. Every time I spoke with the office or driver's they were friendly and professional. They stayed flexible with me when I had unexpected changes and never complained. Excellent experience!
The Alan’s Towing family is incredible! We use them at work to haul equipment, and they never disappoint. Nikki is always on top of things! She is quick, helpful, and a joy to work with. Thomas is amazing as well - professional, friendly, and treats our equipment with real care. Highly recommend calling Nikki and Thomas for any towing needs—10/10 every time!

I had an excellent experience with Alan’s Towing! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. A special shoutout to Andrew, the tow driver—he was incredibly pleasant, courteous, and reassuring throughout the entire service. He arrived promptly, handled my vehicle with care, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out.

Got the run around with my AAA so I decided to call Alan's Towing to take care of my towing myself. I called Alan's and they responded quickly with getting my vehicle towed. I want to give a huge thank you to Hunter the driver he was very helpful and went out of his way to help me out. I definitely recommend Alan's Towing and Hunter!
I had a wonderful interaction using this company through Peddle. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Working with Ed who handled towing my car was the beat experience I can remember. He was knowledgeable and very personable - made me feel like my car was in great hands!
Jenny was outstanding. She worked feverishly to help me get my car towed within what I thought would be an impossible deadline. I'm so grateful for what Alan's Towing did for me. Plus the pick up was smooth as silk. Great job guys and gals!!!!

Towed for the same reason as Hayley in another review however with the same circumstances and wishing I hadn’t been towed obviously I am giving 5 stars due to clear communication and helpfulness of the staff. They have a job to do don’t shoot the messenger. Thank y’all for being courteous and answering my questions and when I arrived being prompt in getting my truck out. Only detractor is I wish I didn’t have to go to Wendell but that’s another story all together
If you chose to visit a business and this tow sign is in their lot. Dont park there. Even legally. Even for the right business. Take your business elsewhere until people stop using this predatory company. They will tow you from the lot of the store you are in!
