Very very amazing had a very small issue with my car today they took care of it in about 5 minutes very knowledgeable I would recommend this place to anyone for automotive Care
The owner could not help me with an emissions inspection but he directed me as where to go, I will be back here with any mechanical needs in the future.

My initial experience with Auto Tech was a real winner! My 19 year old, 300,1200mi Dodge magnum is running perfectly. If you have a auto problem of any kind, Auto Tech is the place to go! Don and Stacy are honest, respectful, straight ahead, and great to work with. Rates and billing are reasonable and completely transparent. They get 6 stars from me!!
This place is the best. I had some oil leaks and they were able to repair and catch some things that were about to go bad. I truly trust these people. They do great work it's so nice to find a great place like this. It is so hard to find great garages that are competent and able to treat any of your problems correctly.

I needed to have a steering sensor installed and calibrated on my vehicle. There were NO other car repair shops in Eden or Reidsville, besides Tri-city dealership in Eden, who had the specialty computer equipment to diagnose and calibrate this sensor. (Tri-city dealership in Eden was not an option, due to their incompetence and overpricing.)
Therefore, I called Auto Tech of Reidsville Inc. My first impression, the phone was promptly answered. The guy was informative and polite, answered my questions, and set an appointment with a “ high estimate” of service, which I always request, without a delay. The work was completed in one day, there was a minor issue, which I was immediately notified and throughly explained. The parking lot, office and all noticeable areas were “outstandingly clean”. There were no abundance of working or non working cars stacked up on the premises either. The mechanic was professional dressed, neat and clean. (Not covered in grease). There were no questionable shop fees on my reasonably priced invoice either. Auto Tech of Reidsville Inc. is who I Highly recommended for a qualified professionally serviced vehicle.

Auto Tech is the best car mechanic I’ve found in the area. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and they explain the issue in laymen’s terms. I highly recommend their services. I bring both my RAV 4 and my campervan to them for maintenance and repairs.
Very honest and very straightforward took my jeep there for a problem that I thought I had and he told me that it was something else and took care of it and he was honest and fixed it and could have cost me and told that I needed a brand-new transmission and it would have believed them but they were honest and took care of me and fixed it and didn’t have to cost me that much so I love dealing with honest and reliable people
Edit: since my last repair with Auto Tech, I've had to change the rating. They had a pretty straightforward issue on my Chevy Trailblazer. After spending nearly $1000 to get the repairs completed, and having been clear about the perceived problem, I think they took the easy way out and didn't follow the GM bulletins as part of their diagnosis. My car now will not accept any fuel into the tank. I had told them that the fuel inlet assembly is a known problem, but they instead only replaced the charcoal canister for the fuel tank. Since picking up my vehicle, I haven't needed it until the last couple weeks. Apparently there's now a large leak in the fuel inlet assembly as fuel runs slowlyninto the inlet and straight out on the ground. I have contacted the owner today and I truly hope they will figure out a way to stand behind their work, and make the actual repair necessary.
I have worked in the automotive industry since the 80s, and I've had my Auto Mechanics degree since 86. So I don't pick a garage lightly. My first impression was great, the shop is very clean with a comfortable lobby for waiting for a ride or to pick up your vehicle. I've now taken 2 cars and 3 different repair jobs to Auto Tech and they are excellent. Diane is so friendly and professional, she goes out of her way to be helpful. The repair team knows what they're doing, and they take pride in their work. They listened to my description of my cars' symptoms, found the issues, did their own diagnosis, AND they called me with an estimate before proceeding with the repairs. I would take all my family's vehicles here if they lived closer.
They were honest and timely in their service. I was losing coolant and he quickly pinpointed the problem. Best part is that he did not recommend changing 6 other parts that had nothing to do with the original problem. Their labor rate is quite reasonable and they were thorough. They made reasonable recommendations for repairs and gave clear diagnosis of their findings. I definitely will be bringing my future, major maintenance concerns to Auto Tech.
Took my vehicle to this place for a long time because every time I would come they would "fix" something new and it would always end up being over $400. The car would work fine after leaving but as soon as I would crank it back up the check engine light would come on and I would have to come back. Since I was a new driver and didnt know many car repair places so I just took it to the one the dealer recommended me to. I eventually had enough and took it to Pennrose Auto next to the mall and they hooked up the computer to a meter and told me it was a warped header on the block which regulates the oxygen going into the engine, something that was extremely visible because it was on the top of the engine and I wondered how someone experienced with vehicles could charge $400 every other week to "fix" something that was so blatantly obvious that the only reason why the mechanic at Pennrose put the meter into the computer was because he wanted to know if there was something else wrong that COULDNT BE SEEN. I had to buy a new computer for my car because the problem was going on for so long it messed up my computer, now my car runs problem free and I just have to go for regular maintenance, do NOT go to this establishment, go to Pennrose because they will actually fix your vehicle, not chat you up into thinking you're getting treated "like family"
Definitely a bad experience from this place, took my truck in to get some work done on the motor and left with a bad knock sensor and a lot of missing bolts. Had another shop check it out
This was their text. "I don't know who worked on your truck last but it was their fault for sure . I mean wiring harnesses doesn't just end up bolted underneath the valve cover on their own. smh..The motor mount bolts didn't have any backing nuts to hold. One bolt supports transmission dipstick tube,one bolt supports the fuel line."
"I found this part of the harness squished under the valve cover from when it was off for whatever reason. It broke one of the wires and grounded it to the head. Traced the wire and sure enough, it is the signal wire to the knock sensor on the driver side."
They acted like they knew nothing about it, will never return to this place.
Absolutely awful experience here, my car sat for three weeks only for them to tell me that what was wrong with it was what I told them in the first place, and they didn't even fix it! The only positive thing I can say is that they didn't charge me for wasting my time and that at least the receptionist was really nice.
