My "go-to" favorite parts store . Barry is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! If you have a question, they can almost always answer it! They build any size hydraulic hose needed too!!! Best parts store in Reidsville
If you have to deal with Barry at this location, go somewhere else. He has the worst customer service attitude ever, he's not helpful, and acts like it's a problem for you to be there. Doesn't offer any help with an issue and he cost me more money buying parts than he should. I have a commercial account and he never does what he's supposed to do for the customer. I'll go elsewhere from now on and I've been a loyal customer for many years at O'Reilly.
Good experience, and all just would appreciate it if they disclose the price before finally confirming they have the product and its priced and the confirmed pricing.
Every time I shop there something is wrong with the check out register or the people don't know what they talking about the products today will be last visit
Associate was very helpful, knowledgeable. We got everything we needed and the service was quick. In and out without any problem. Would recommend this store. Also easy access right off Scales St.
I needed my brake light change so I decided to go to O'Reilly's. I'll talk to the guy John and told him what I needed. He brought it up with no problem but when I asked him do y'all install light bulbs in the car he told me no. I was like my stepdad just told me y'all did but he said company policy they not supposed to. I looked it up online I found out that they were supposed to help me change my light bulbs in my car. Why would he lie to a customer? I really think it was my skin color and that's why he lied to me
Ordered a part (back pressure sensor)and was told they were going to call when it came in , never got a call and waited around until someone finally waited on me than had to go look for my part , to me o’reillys in reidsville only accommodates to locals if you are new around here , you will get treated just like that , instead of hearing “hey thanks for your business, you just get blown off , want be back
These guys really know their stuff. Went there for a hydrolic line and they were out of stock so he made me one from another size hose. Saved me hours and miles by doing that. Highly recommend

I had 2 fantastic experiences at the O'Reilly's Auto Parts store in Reidsville NC. Both Codey and Eddie are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and friendly! I'd give them both 10 stars if I could!
No body came to help me,wasn't friendly,like robot mode,I got some Sea Foam,ask if this would do,he said us,it was good stuff & told me how to use it,but could have came & ask what I needed,I'm in customer service myself & it was not a friendly experience.
Never greeted me when I walked in the door. Never once asked me if I needed any help... Would not shop at this location again. I get the impression they dont care.
If I could I would give O'Reilly "O" Star. I bought 6 months ago items @ O'Reilly's that would give me a $20.00 rebate. It took 6 mo.+ me calling & complaining. Finally receive $20 rebate, but it requires me to spend $50 on items NOT on sale (regular price). Then and only Then will I get rebate for what I bought 6 months ago...SCAM..SCAM..SCAM..I will "NEVER" step foot into another O'Reilly!!!😣😷😵
Very knowledgeable about the products they sell in the store and the folks here are very nice. Thanks for all the help guys. We enjoyed our visit. We'll definitely be back!
