The people are always super nice and do extremely good work. I use them for all of my body work and towing. I also refer them to anyone that needs anything in this field.
The cashier was a sweet lady and the manager was a very great lady allway Making sure that all the customers are treated with respect and have what they ordered and they are satisfied she deserves a raise for her outstanding performance I've visited others and she's queen of satisfaction please keep her she can teach the others how to treat there customers God bless .
Expensive but nice people. With gas prices some inflation is understandable but a Lil over $100 a mile for a tow...5.2 miles $550 total. Plus it was a roll over. They had to flip and roll it out of a field.
Curtis from Ferguson saved us tonight! We got a flat at almost 10 pm and had called a few other places and no one could come. We called Ferguson and Curtis was there in no time! He was very kind and professional. He even located our spare tire when we didn't think we had one! My family made it home and off the side of the highway, thank you Curtis!
Hi accidentally locked my keys in my car and no other company was able to help me because they were closed and I stumbled upon Ferguson and they said they do lock-ins. They told me they’d be here in 30 minutes and they were here in less than 30 great price very fast service. 10 out of 10 would call again!!!
Do not use this towing company. They got stuck in my neighbor’s yard and tore it up trying to get out. It’s been 2 months ago and they have not come back to fix the damage they did. The driver kept saying he was coming to fix it, but has never showed up. All I hear are excuses.
UPDATE!!! He came out 30 mins after I made this post and he did not "FIX" it. He wasn't here but 15 mins, so that tells you what kind of fixing he did. There are still ruts in my neighbor’s yard. For the record he didn't have the neighbor's phone number, so how could he have tried to call numerous times??? I left my phone number and if he did call he never once left a message. It wasn't until he texted me on April 15th that I knew he had tried to contact me. Which was last week. Also, when my boyfriend called the company to find out why the driver hadn't come to fix the yard the owner told him that he wasn't liable for any damages done. So, with that being said you can tear up somebody's yard and not be accountable for it??? The driver works for you therefore, he is a representation of your company. He said he would fix it and I took him at his word that he would do that. He had talked to his boss at some point after he got here that night and his boss told him not to get stuck. When he did I didn’t want to get him in any trouble, so I was giving him ample time to come fix the damage. He said several times he would be out here to fix it and never showed up until Thursday right before dark.
I was having a bad day, my car died and even the heavens mourned because it rained cats and dogs as I waited for my tow. Lucky for me, my tow truck driver was outstanding! He remained polite and helpful despite my many requests concerning the placement of my car. He went above and beyond and I am truly greatful. Thank you.
Owner is real unprofessional has no real knowledge of what he's doing he bent my front tie rod on the driver side didn't know the difference between tie rod and control arm and got real nasty with me once I tried to work something out with him
Mr. Ferguson and staff are top notch with body and paint repairs. Just received my FJ cruiser back and would rate them more stars if possible. I use AAA insurance and Mr Ferguson communicated with the company throughout the process. 2 thumbs up
I couldn't ask for a more reliable body and paint shop. Have had a few cars painted here and has all ways come out great. For insurance fix to a show truck paint job. if you want it done right this is a great body and paint shop for all your needs
Ferguson Paint and Body is a great place to go. After wrecking my new car 1 month after I got it I took it to Ferguson Paint and Body and in no time it was fixed. Good as new. No one would ever know it has been wrecked. Very friendly service, quick turn around and 100% satisfaction on my end. I recommend everyone who has paint or body needs to go check these guys out. They do a fantastic job.
