Be careful with this place if they are selling food or drink items. We bought Slim Fast and Premier Protein. Nowhere on the description did it say items were out of date. They were ALL expired, some for over a year. I honestly thought it was illegal to sell stuff out of date. Lesson learned I guess!
Shady operation. Busted and broken cant even fix it. Said broken on box when recieved. But didnt seem to put that in the picture for the auction nor disclose how damaged it was. Box was open you knew.... Shady way of doing business yall. If this is the way yall do business and it doesnt bother you theres something wrong with you. Buyer beware.
I love this place but there's definitely some shady stuff going on. The blue haired girl talks about all the customers and is inappropriate but overall good place
Great auctions twice a week. I liked it better when they were live and in person as now online many of these online bidders run up the prices quite a bit. Merchandise is always changing and sometimes I can find numerous items of interest and other times a total miss.
Buyer BEWARE!! This place sells their JUNK to unsuspecting computer buyers. I was just scrolling last evening and saw something my wife and i have been looking for. A pull behind the boat tube or float. I had never bid with this particular company before, but they were close in distance and i wanted this item, so i put a decent bid on it. Held the winning bid until the last few minutes were ticking down to closing, all of a sudden i am outbid. So i decide to bid some more and end up "winning" the item. Well i went to pick it up today. I pay for the item and the lady tells me the item is on the other side and they have carts. Well I load the item and head home. As soon as I get home I excitedly open my float, only to find out that they had sold me a used, ripped, and broken float that someone else had gotten all of the use out of. Angry is an understatement! I will never do business with them again!!
In my opinion, you have to be the lowest of low person or company to knowingly rip people off for your own gain!
Usually has good descriptions of items on auction, purchased what I thought was a drill bag with 2 drills that was pictured, but item was just drill charger
Not what was described ticket number was posted on drill bag,very miss leading, did not question it because sales are final,NEED TI DO BETTER AT DESCRIPTIONS.
Went in today to retrieve my item that I had purchase on the bidding website. Out of the 3 items, one was missing. I was looking all over for it only to find out that it was either lost of someone else took it. I appreciate staff looking into it but the experience of driving 2 hours on an item i purchased only to be missing/stolen is fustrating. There wasent any proper verification of items leaving or identification. I got a full refund but it was an unpleasant experience.
8/30/22 update: The auction house charged the same amount for my refund on the unit so it would cancel out the refund. I opened a fraud case with Wells Fargo.
8/25/22 Intentionally and blatantly misrepresented a Bosch heat pump during auction 8/23/22. I bid on a Bosch heat pump to replace one I own that could fail any day now. I've had issues like this before at QSI. The auction demonstrates patterns of this on items. I've been to several auction houses, but this one is probably the worst at item identification online.(and even over the phone in this situation). It's a fairly common practice for auctions to misrepresent. The auctioneers are letting someone else get a better shot at the items which are more valuable while doing this.
I confronted staff about the deception and Courtney says "they aren't going to want to give that back" basically seeing the facts. Listing says: Bosch. I called up and confirmed it's model number while providing the auction lot and a brief description. At first she acknowledged the confirmation over the phone and then she says nobody remembers you calling. The way these people are so comfortable with these errors and telling customers they can't get refunds on auctions they are clearly screwing up is a huge red flag.
Whoever is running this auction is scamming people, and doesn't care about their customers. Would not be surprised if someone started sniffing around at their books they lost their auctioneer license.
Edit: To be fair. A few of the staff here are excellent and have been very helpful over the last few years since I started bidding on auctions.👍🏼 It still makes sense to bid here once in awhile on their uncommon auction lots, but no body has any accountability here. Might as well be buying it off the back of a truck in an alley somewhere. MANY items were broken/damaged.

They locked me out of bidding. Due to I lost my bank card. I had to freeze it and report it lost to my bank. So QSI was not able to get my money for an item I won. I emailed them explaining my situation, no solution or compromise was found or even discusse. I've always paid in cash or they charged myaccount with no troubles. Now I'm just BANNED!!!

March 9th auction. Arrived next day to pick up purchases. All items were already taped up and loaded onto a cart for easier loading.
This has never happened before.
Among items purchased were 3 toilets.
Upon arriving home and inspection all 3 were broken piles of JUNK. Totally useless items.
Yeah I know buyer beware but all 3 were noticeably broken. And should not of been offered for sale.I don't mind a nut or bolt missing but these items belonged in a garbage heap.
As a person who used to go to a lot of auctions before the virus pandemic set in and they all got shut down I was happy to find this location which is close by to me and they have a wide variety of items. I have to admit the first time or two there had a couple of bumps in the road but the guys at this facility went above and beyond on making it right and treating us the way we wanted as customers and guests to be treated and due to that fact they have receive much more of my business each week and they will continue to do so. So the only reason they're not five-star is they're not closer to me lol. other than that if you are a auction person and resell then you probably will enjoy this place tremendously
Some of their information is not exactly correct. Easy purchases. Pay online. Nice people inside. Pick up your orders and fast checkout. Ample parking. Easy to get to.
Great place to get some really good deals. Everything I need I go for at least a month just to see if I can get it cheaper. Been going two times a week for 2 years. If you buy right it could be a good little second income for you. Every sale different stuff. Staff is friendly and more than willing to help. Just awesome staff cannot say no more.
This has always been my go to auction house. They have a variety but at times bids go beyond retail price, which thats just the way it goes I suppose. Staff are great & helpful. They are always finding ways to improve.
I like this place, you have to make sure you know what you are biding on, so of the stuff is junk, but we did get some flooring and paint for our house for less than $60 and we also bought a really nice set of kitchen chairs for $75,any time we need something for our home we go here.
Good place to buy good to resale and they have the best staff and the live actions help you buy items even if you arnt at the store and the have a veriety of items for sale and you dont need any special license to buy or sale
This is the best auction house in the area. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 you will find everything from your home to the car and gifts and all that stuff you can't live without. I have been going here for over 4 years and I have not been disappointed yet
