Charged me extreme amounts of money, $1400 to be exact, to put $40 catalytic converters on my mustang. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional and the reviews will not stop until I get my money back. RIP OFFS
Mark has been a true blessing. His knowledge and guiunine care about the issue with car has made it much easier to have vehicle taken care of. I would suggest to anyone go to them first! They are blessed for a reason!

I had my Highlander towed to Dillon Automotive for an engine misfire, power steering and muffler issues. They were so friendly right from the start. I received phone calls to explain the work and cost before the repairs were done and the work was completed in a day. Mark suggested that I replace the very worn tires which completely fixed the issue of the vehicle shaking while driving. He even offered to check the vehicle again after the tire replacement if the shaking persisted. The work done, communication and price for the work were as great as I could have hope. I highly recommend the folks at Dillon Automotive and will definitely be taking any future vehicles for work.
If you want/need your vehicle repaired by good honest people, this is where you need to go. I was treated with respect and got an estimate a few days before taking my car in for repairs. I was expecting a price somewhere between $300 & $500. The estimate I got fell between $75 & $150. I thought there was no way it could be that inexpensive and that once they got my car on the lift, the repairs necessary would fall between what I was really expecting. He told me he'd call me if he ran into anything unexpected. He never called me with any bad news and the repairs only took a few hours. My price was $86 & some change. I couldn't believe it! I don't think I've ever gotten a repair under $100 for any vehicle I've ever owned. I've been driving my car for almost 10 years now and have had very little to ever go wrong with it. I've been extremely lucky with my car but I've also taken care of it. The most important thing a person can do to for the longevity of their car is to change the oil regularly and I've been diligent about that. I've only had to put my car in the shop 3 times since I've had it. In my book, that amazing! Anyway, Dillon's is where you need to go for your repairs. They're very knowledgeable about their business and they do excellent work. They fix it right the first time and they aren't out to rob you. A+ guys! I really appreciate good and honest people. 😊
The guys here are fantastic. They get the job done every time. I love the fact that even though you take your car there to get fixed, they don't do any work until they have talked to you and you've approved what they need to do.

We had our radiator crack on the way into town and thank goodness we broke down where we did. 1 mile away we made it smoking down the road and this business was very accommodating. Family feel, honest prices, an all around good experience!
Update: was finally able to get my car back on September 9. I dropped my car off over a month ago with a full tank of gas and freshly washed. Ait is now disgusting, half a tank of gas, spider webs and sand all in the dash i took q-tips and toothpicks to. I am not happy and my cars will never be going here again.
Original: I’m very excited to get my car back it has been here for over a month (July 31, I will update when its out) with no estimate of how long this inspection, oil change, and changing of the windshield wiper motor will take. My car ended up here because a person my dad considers a friend works here. I see other recent reviews (within the time that my car has been in the shop) that state they experienced good and quick service. I wish I was fortunate enough to receive that side of Dillon Automotive service. Instead, they’ve had my car for over a month, cannot tell me when it should be finished, will not tell me why. And on top of that, when i went to grab the title I left in my car because I thought it would only be a week or so, I ride up to find my windows had been left open long enough for spiders to make thiiiick, rather impressive webs all in the freshly detailed dash. I am a near hopeless customer who feels as though she will never get her car back.
Mark and everyone at the shop are always super helpful and go above and beyond. I know going in to Dillon's auto I'm going to get honest work done right and at a reasonable price. Customer service is top notch. Very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend
They obviously know what they’re doing cause they were super quick, did great work, and saved me at least $1000 on a muffler repair. Not to mention, they’re easy to find/conveniently located right off the highway. Great customer service and overall experience. High recommend!
