This O’Reilly’s store was great. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. No complaints at all. Store was clean and well organized.

Can't warrant a battery that is known to be bad but on there dinosaur tester says good. Disappointed with the manager and the lady up front.

Got what we needed and had to pickup our other item at the Thomasville O'Reilly's and they had it waiting for us

I come to orileys atleast a few times a week, archdale better then all of them local in my opinion, preston and jose are A1, always get me what i need and very knowledgeable which makes it that much easier??

People do not know what there doing in there, especially the older blonde lady and as well as just blowing vape clouds in a auto parts store. if you need heater/AC or any hoses electrical wiring mind as well go to AutoZone these people are a joke

Went into this location yesterday to get help because my car died. The battery went bad. This one guy really helped me out. The girl at the counter not very Friendly. Had to get a new battery but I was floored because of the high prices. But thanks for the battery but probably won't be buying anything from here again. Lower your prices.

All the employees here are so nice !! They always greet everyone when they walk in and are eager to help. December 2023, it was really cold and my battery was going .. poor guy changed my battery in the freezing wind while I sat in the car. None the less. he changed out my battery with a smile. Thx you :)

Listen folks these guys are great at what they do. Zachary was extremely helpful in getting me the correct information about my car while I came in slightly worried. He went out of his way to help me in major way and I left confident. Thanks again Zachary! I know where to come for any type of car maintenance!

The staff is always so pleasant, it's a great place to shop for all of my vehicles parts. They've always had whatever I'm needing for my 8" lifted, extended cab K1500 '98 Chevy Cheyenne. Oh & of course my other vehicles that I may be driving at that given moment.

Needed a battery for my girls Camry. They tested all other parts as well like starter, alternator to make sure that was the problem. Matched exact batter she had and installed it. No waiting no nonsense

We use oreillys in archdale for all our parts needs. The best part is our delivery driver Theresa, she’s fast, kind, and has great customer service.

Mike did an amazing job. I came in at 6 p.m on Friday. I must say that he goes above and beyond with his job. He made sure I understood everything and he answered all my questions. 10 out of 10.

When did it become acceptable to vape in a store while you’re working? Went in to buy something and was greeted by a nice cloud of “smoke” that smells like cotton candy or something- problem is, chronic sinus issues have left me with a major sensitivity to the scents of vapes that are fruity and such so I walked out with a headache. Not professional, even for an auto parts store.

I cannot say enough about their staff! Katie and Jose help us every single day at our business. They truly go above and beyond. They have such quick deliveries and find everything we need. Five stars is not enough

Usually have parts for most any auto Late model or older. If not in stock can order. Prices vary as to what quality you want, but always readonable.

Extremely helpful without question helped me with something I felt embarrassed to ask for help for would give my business to them time and time again if it were up to me I would give Ricardo a hell of a ride as he was beyond helpful and great and quick at what he does

Lack of knowledge... Most are inexperienced. Customer service is good. One young kid said "its the same engine in all the trucks" i had to come back to get all the right tune up parts..

O'Reilly's is the best auto parts store in Archdale. Their associates are very knowledgable and friendly. Their parts are of the highest quality at the best price. Also the tools they sell there are at a great price while most are lifetime warranty. Not to mention the tool rental. You pay a deposit, take the tool, use the tool, bring it back, get your deposit back. ?

Went to get my battery checked, ended up needing a new battery. I was very impressed with the service and overall friendliness of the staff. I would definitely go back and will recommend this store to others.

The associate was very polite and eager to help. He was very helpful and made sure I got what I needed. I was very pleased. I only shop at O'Reilly's Auto parts for all of my parts. I can't stand Advance Auto, Auto Zone or Walmart. Thanks so much for accurate friendly service.

Awesome experience, great store, I learned a lot from Judy, shes very very good at her job. A great store to get your parts, great tool selection. I learn a lot just by ordering the parts i need and asking questions. My questions get answered and then some. The best help I've ever had in any store, thank you!

Theres no zero star option so i went with the 1 star rating. They may be friendly BUT do NOT take their word if a part will be there because they ordered it. If you do dont do like I did and pull your vehicle apart and have it ready so you can have the part picked up and now you’re without a car because they’re like “Oh i guess it got order a couple minutes past the cut off” or “I swear I ordered that before the cut off I guess it missed the truck”. To bad for you, the paying customer that we screwed you. Theres nithing we can do to help you, we cant deliver it because you’re not a business either so figure it out. Do yourself a favor and go to the O’Reillys in north High Point or the one off Meadowview in Greensboro. Stay away from this one...unless you liked to get screwed without even so much as a kiss first then go ahead, you’ll love it there So Im back with an Update. Not only did they screw me but when i just went back in the store to pick up the part I need... They ordered the wrong part. They really just seem totally clueless apart vehicles in general so dont plan on any educated help when you go in. Know what you want amd what you’re looking for because they sure as hell don’t. Stay away from this store

Very friendly and quick and easy to get what you need. I have bought wiper blades and batteries there and they were happy to install each.

Staff is friendly, most of them know their parts and if they don't they will usually ask for help. One of the best O'Reilly in the area. Though I might be a bit biased, considering I work here...

I had to drive back....and forth twice for the same issue.....because the parts man failed to tell the person I was driving that along with his brakes....he had two choices in pads. When someone is new at something....you shouldn't worry about just making a better sale....you should make sure your customers have what they need. Could have been avoided. Two thumbs down
