Went in 7 months ago for front alignment and tires just got all new control arms axles tie rods whole new front suspension struts all axle started popping last week got it out they cut it with a razor knife literally a brand new axle ruined less than 7 thousand miles later news 2 will be seeing all about this they cut the other side too every boot they could reach
They told me I had an oil leak that didnt exist. Good thing I know a real mechanic. He saved me over $1000 that these crooks were trying to get out of me. Also after an oil change my engine bay had so much oil smeared and spilled i vowed to never go there again for their own safety. Do go here. Go to a place that has real mechanics.
Dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. After hearing nothing all day from them I went by at 4 o’clock and was told they never started on it. They also said they were closing early in 20 minutes so they couldn’t do the work. They were going to close and keep my car over night without even telling me! Zero communication at this place.
This auto shop is one of the best around the triad. They are so nice. They are very understanding. They are quick with finding a resolution to your car troubles.
I had a State inspection done and Meineke went above and beyond. All mechanical parts of my car were inspected, pictures were taken that I could share with my husband, and suggestions were made for additional service needed. There was no "hard"; just recommendations with pictures to support their observations. Best of all, I was treated with respect not like some dumb broad who knows nothing about cars. It was a refreshing!
David and Mr. Kevin were extremely helpful. I called and I was able to be seen quickly that same day! Super accommodating, and they were able to point out exactly what my dealership left out. Thank you for making my mind at ease behind the wheel.

Great people working there, easy to do business with, and really liked all the pictures they provided of my car as an extra check service. Didn’t try to up sell me on anything I didn’t need.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. The people who work there are absolutely excellent and were the only ones able to figure out what was wrong with my car. It is like brand new for the first time since I bought it now. I would highly recommend them for all of your car needs, and will be going to them regularly for maintenance or any future repairs myself.

Great service! I was on a long drive and noticed some vibrations and needed to stop somewhere. David and Kevin helped me quickly identify the issue, balance our tires and got us back on the road. I would definitely recommend this spot!
Everyone was super nice especially David. I forgot my glasses so he had to read something for me. They didn't try to upsell me and told me everything about my car. I highly recommend them.

I had just left Mavis, and they charged me for work that did NOT fix my problem - sent me driving away with my brakes still not working and told me they were fixed. I spent 5 Hours and $772.16 at Mavis. I spoke my frustrations with David at Meineke in Archdale NC, he was calm and I made it to his location safely. He checked out the problem and it was a disconnected brake booster hose - after that it was just fine. We had been having problems with leakage and he found the Engine Water Pump needing to be replaced. Instead of costing me $900, which we originally thought, it was under $440.00. Thank you David for being honest. You just gained a customer and I will let others know - Just take care of my referrals please.
I have been coming to this Meineke for quite sometime to get my oil change, and currently they have a new manager David and he is awesome. I’m telling you swing by and whether it’s an oil change or something else he is great and will work with you. Thanks David for helping me out today.
I had my car towed in. They looked at it same day, told me my issue and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. It was quick. They were friendly and broke it down for me so I wasn't wasting money. I ended up not getting my catalytic converter fixed bc it's an old car with 190000 miles,but I would definitely recommend them for car care.
Great customer service. Wait times are reasonable and so far I'm very pleased with their services. I just recently began using their services and have only been twice thus the 4 stars. I'm sure I'll be giving them 5 stars after my next visit. I do wish their waiting area was a bit more customer friendly. The area is large but Vending machines would be nice and maybe padded chairs or reading materials.
I would recommend their services for all types of repairs!
I paid 1200.00 to get my car fixed and the guy told a lie and said he fixed the air conditioning and it was the same as I came he held my car so it looked like he fixed it and scammed me out of my money that was for my rent that my brother said was a ripoff I told people to come here but I’m gonna tell them not to because I am a black woman they took advantage of me the air comes out hot and he told me that if I put cold to hot and hot to cold it would work and they lied about th
I went to this auto repair shop to get my yearly inspection. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and was advised that I can bring in my vehicle. I dropped off my car at around 12 pm. By 3 pm I had to call and check to see if my car was inspected. I was advised that they were just rolling my car in for an inspection and my car had been sitting for 3 hrs. About 10-15 min later I was advised that my car was ready and failed inspection due to the left control arm needing to be replaced and I refused to pay them $450. A week later my car is making a terrible clunking noise. I reached out to a outside mechanic and was advised that the last person that removed my tire forgot a screw, and was advised if I was to have driven on the highway my brakes could have slipped at any moment. Meineke was the last shop that touched/removed my tire. The outside mechanic was able to replace the screw and the clunking noise stopped completely. I also was told that there is nothing wrong with my left control arm. I am highly upset being that a rushed job could have done serious damage or cost me my life. Please do not go to this shop, they just want money.
