This place should not get no stars I tried to do business with them. But they just do as they plz there arbitration is way off only works in there favor I have msg to back up this to
It was extremely difficult to get someone on the phone at GreenvilleAA about arbitration, after I had bought a post sale inspection on a vehicle costing an additional fee on top of the vehicle purchase price itself to ensure quality by one of there inspectors. We get the vehicle with transmission issues and torque converter issues AFTER the inspection that it was approved on. This is not quality, quite the opposite, pay the extra fee to ensure you have to turn around and wholesale the vehicle. Once I explained all of my situation to there manager (he was very friendly hence the 2 stars) I was reaffirmed that there’s still nothing that can be done. Sheesh.
I love all the ladies in the office, they're always friendly and ready to help you with your business and if you're thirsty, they'll get you a bottle of water or if you want, they have coffee also.
🚩🚩🚩1. Junk/ hazardous cars knowingly sold and drove through auction… no brakes, no steering, pouring fluids, running hot, rusted out frames. If it’s not already junk, it is after they drive them through running hot or without fluids
2. Arbitration policy is a joke, the green and yellow lights mean nothing. Everything is basically As-Is!
3. Sale day is Haunted by ghost bidders
4. No transparency, You have to request a BOS immediately or take a photo of screen bc the price of lights are subject to change from when you actually bid
5. No loyalty to the buyers.
6. Be cautious of cars repped as tittle present, they often aren’t and GAA does not view this as false representation.
If you’re trying to sell junk this is the place but if you’re looking to buy quality vehicles use extreme caution.
"BEWARE" This auction sells nothing but pure "junk" and mostly dealers problem vehicles.For the past 3 months haven't found anything decent without obvious or hidden issues,and are always the same defective vehicles that are on the run lists week after week repeatedly.
Most are always running on "approvals" and are mostly Red light "As is" but although winning the bids they are still refused for winning bidders purchases and not honored to buyers and is a total waste of time & effort.
Believe it or not if you look on Fb marketplace very often,you can find great deals by private owners and much better clean condition well maintained vehicles that are posted for cheap prices and negotiable too.
I have purchased several cars from GAA for my little lot and the franchise stores I have worked for in the past. The staff is top shelf. They have good cars. But the customer service is always the best part about working with GAA. From Billy to Mike to the ladies in the office to drivers and mechanics out back, I am always made to feel like I am truly important to their business. They have truly been a blessing for mine.
garbage cars. DO NOT BUY ONLINE. buy in person only. They give their cars awesome CR cars online, and forget to mention blown engines, trash paintwork, and multi colored oil... their 4.6 CR equals a 2.1 elsewhere

As a new dealer coming aboard, I was happy to purchase my very 1st two cars for my used car lot. I had visited several other auction establishments but I choose this one. Boy, did I make a mistake. First of all I was tricked by the switch from Green Light to Red Light after I won the bid on the 1st car. And, the second car had 3 different lights going on with it and nothing was revealed that this car needed a new transmission. I did not want to purchase them after I figured out that they were bad cars but they said I could not back out. I am hurt and disappointed and I will never go there again. DO NOT BUY FROM GREENVILLE AUTO AUCTION
