I went to O'reilys in a panic because i had trpuble starting my car this morning. Davis was so great..determined it was a bad battery. I told hik o got it here. He looked it up and said it was under warrenty. Then he asked me if i needed help changing it for me. So he did. He was amazing.. this is my 2nd time here since i am newish to North Carolina. I will definitely keep doing business here!

Just dropping a shout out for Aidan! Young man did an outstanding job during my last visit. My low beam headlight was out, Aidan made sure he had the right part, then went outside (in the rain!) and installed it for me (at closing time!). Kudos to Aidan and O'Reilly Auto Parts for such outstanding customer service!
I went in here looking for bulbs. The blonde haired kid with the blonde mustache helping me was about like going to a McDonald's. He said that he did not have the bulb that I needed in stock. Could not tell me another store that had it. I ended up going to the closest advance Auto parts they did have it in stock and it was half the price and the people that I spoke with at advance Auto parts close to this store knew what they were talking about and had great customer service That's O'Reilly's is an absolute thumbs down. Also I had a $5 reward that I needed to redeem. I asked him how I redeem it and he said that he had no clue maybe try text message. I asked him how can I get them to send me a text message he didn't know. I asked him if he could look it up somehow he said he didn't know I think he was the manager. What an absolute dump I don't want the $5 reward I'm never going back to any O'Reilly's. I have absolutely spent a whole lot of money with this company over the years.
Very efficient, friendly, fast and professional. Stop by to get batteries my key Fobs. He went right to it when I told him what I needed. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great customer service
Poor customer service! The guy at the counter acted as though I was bothering him cause I ordered a rear wiper blade for my wagon. The price for that blade was out of this world, like his attitude.
Great store, the commercial manager Geo is great, he helped me out Saturday with my battery and every time I shop there he makes sure I have the correct part and he's very patient. I make this my go to store just because of his and the team here.
I came in yesterday for wiper blades. I purchase a set a while back (can't remember where). They were expensive so I assumed they were good. They were so noisy. I dreaded the rain. Russ was so helpful and gave great advice. Very knowledgeable. He helped put them on my vehicle. I'm so short, I'm sure I would have gotten dirt all over my work clothes.
It rained today. It was so peaceful. I'm kicking myself for waiting so long.

Runs at O Reilly was the best associate ever experienced . He actually came out and checked my car and got me the parts I needed and also installed my studs so it was as easy as can be to replace on my car !
Such great workers here. Came for a new battery and between José and Russ they got me out of there within 45 minutes and were so helpful and made sure I wasn’t getting something I didn’t need. Will definitely be coming here from now on! Thanks guys!!
This store does not know the meaning of customer service..nor do the males working there know how to be gentlemen...My young daughter came in for help with a leaking tire. She purchased a can of fix a flat and no one would show her or help her use it. She was already stressed out and just needed some help...guess the males nowadays don't know how to be Men anymore
Broke down on the road and walked to O'Reilly's. Met the manager Juan and he not only sold me the parts I needed but he called a local mechanic to help me put the parts on. Now that is service
Great staff and service! Had to get a new battery for my truck. Russell was awesome! I walked into the store, he helped me out right away. Tested my battery and alternator. He recommended the best battery for my truck, replaced it quickly and I was good to go. I appreciate the helpful knowledgeable friendly staff. Thank you!
Online availability and description of products were available. Very high-quality products for good prices. Staff, however, delayed checkout by being distracted and left me waiting at the counter during my transaction multiple times.
On labor day and my battery died. Had no idea what I was gonna do but thanks to the wonderful assistant manager russell at riley I was back on the road and going without any Problem. I know I won't be goinganywhere else

Stopped by this location several times now and the staff is always friendly and eager to help. Selection is good and the pricing is competitive with other auto parts stores in the area.
Went to O'Reilly to purchase new headlight bulbs for my vehicle as they offer installation. The associate indicated he could not install them on my Honda Accord as he would have to remove something to do so. At home, it took me five minutes (part of that was watching a how to video) to change both. It was just a latch release, turn of the bulb to remove, and do it in reverse for the new one. To be fair, their location in Cranberry Twp, PA (outside of Pittsburgh) replaced mine on my Mazda without hesitation last year.
I was thankful when this location opened as I was using an O'Reilly's by driving to another town. The associates here have always been helpful and accurate in getting the part(s) I need. And most importantly, always had them in stock. Of course (as I have always done in my decades of doing what work on my own vehicles I can) I will bring the old part if I think it might present a problem, regardless of the parts store. And finally, thanks to the associates for friendly and answering questions.
Waist of time! I went in looking for specific clip for a bmw. First the guy told me to look on a rack for miscellaneous parts. So I said, your not even going to look it up? He told me he was a mechanic for 30 years and knew they didn't, said I needed to go to a dealer. 10 minutes at advanced auto parts and it will be here in the morning! I should have known better!
They require customers to wear masks for covid safety, but the manager and at least one other employee didn't follow those same guidelines when helping customers when I visited today. The store was otherwise well kept if I am to overlook the irresponsibility of staff.
