I went in there, looking for Freon to take to my mechanic. My mechanic messaged me back and said no to the one I picked up so I returned it with no issue. However, my mechanic is going to be out of town for a week and Cameron that works at this NAPA auto parts saved me from the heat and did my Freon for me! My appreciation and gratitude to Cameron, he could not have been friendlier and I appreciate the help and kindness immensely! I have been here before for wiper blades, they were very helpful when I came for wiper blades. Always a friendly staff I appreciate it and I appreciate you for not being intimidating for women.

Woke up thinking, this is a nice day to take a stroll. So I decided to walk to our local Dollar Tree, where I purchased a small bucket needed for planting a few seeds. As I left the store I realized instead of returning home and later driving back to the local Napa Store I would make that stop since it is in my route home. Realizing I was carrying the bucket with items inside I entered the store and asked the cashier if it would be ok to leave the bucket of items with her. She agreed. I then turned to the cashier to inquire about the location of their fuel injection cleaner. Instead of stating where the cleaner was located she ran to an end-cap, grabbed a can of Sea Foam and handed it to me. So I informed the cashier that I wished to look at other brands. While reading the labels (as I do habitually) it was noticed that the cashier was standing behind me. So I walked over to the end-cap announcing to the cashier that the Sea Foam was being returned, with my hands lifted up, and shared that I would look elsewhere. Hum the lady is usually pleasant , but as the great great great, great grandmom she is, profiling probably happens out of habit. Profiling? Well because she obviously was looking for nothing as she stood behind me and as soon as I walked to retrieve my bucket she returned to her post!

It was time to replace the windshield wipers, as they started getting noisy and separating, so I drove to NAPA. Talk about sticker shock! I found the cheapest wipers started at a price point of around $20, and that was on sale according to the sales lady. I bought a pair and spent nearly $50 for the set, and felt like I had just been robbed. I confirmed this after getting home and looking up wiper blades on the www. Prices were as low as $6. Thank you NAPA. I'm done shopping in your stores.

Well stocked and helpful staff. Pam and the team really know their stuff. If it's not in stock, they'll gladly have it shipped from their distribution center or nearby location.

I fell down in a parking lot in Cornelius today. I’m old and have trouble getting up stairs. When I went to step up on the curb, I fell. A great big guy, who was wearing a Napa shirt, helped me up on my feet. Thank you, whoever you are. God bless.

This is one of the bigger NAPA stores. Got a battery replacement for my motorcycle. Gave me the choice of a lithium battery. Very lightweight and smaller footprint. So far so good. I’ll have to purchase a separate lithium battery if I need to recharge. One drawback. Parts guy was very helpful. The store in Huntersville is much smaller and did not stock the battery.

I couldn’t have had a better, quicker experience. I was frazzled after my car battery unexpectedly died. I called and Pam confirmed my battery was in stock. I arrived an hour later after a jump and Pam grabbed the battery right away, walked me through ordering online to get a coupon applied, and installed it within minutes. Before wrapping up, she sent me off with a rebate form. 5 stars to Pam for making a stressful experience as much of a breeze as it could be!

I needed an oil filter, oil filter wrench, and oil for my Harley, struck out at Advance (awful customer service), and Auto Zone didn’t have the items in stock, but Napa had all of it and helped me find it too, very good service and product availability! Will be back!

Guy and his team are fantastic. They go out of their way to help your needs and they care about their customers as if they were apart of the Napa Family. If they don’t have the part, they will find an alternative or get you exactly what you need as quickly as they are able to. They are up front with their customers, trustworthy, and definitely go the extra mile. This is the only Napa I would recommend. If it’s out of the way and you want to go to Napa, I promise you the extra drive is worth this type of experience and customer service.

The store was bright and clean. Items were easy to find and the girl working there was super helpful. 10/10 recommend!!

Prompt, friendly, and helpful. Got exactly what we needed and fast. After purchasing DEF, I had the leftover trash and big empty jug with nowhere to get rid of it. No trash cans out front but one of the service members saw me and said to just leave it by the dumpster and they would take care of it.

Josh is A1 in customer service. My passenger side mirror came off and didn’t really know what to do so I pulled into Napa Auto Pats Cornelius and Told Josh I needed some help putting the mirror back on. He immediately came out to my car identified the problem and went above and beyond to help me. It was raining and he didn’t even care. I really appreciate Josh and his excellent customer service.

My car battery died late on Wednesday and I needed it replaced ASAP. Other auto parts stores nearby refused to change my battery due to my make and model being "difficult to work on." I showed up at NAPA right before closing time. There was only one employee named Guy working. He happily stayed late to change the battery for me. Guy's service was excellent and appreciated.

We had to replace the windshield wipers on an old Buick. Pam and Brandon took great care of us and even came out to fit the wipers for us. Friendly helpful folks!

Great Front desk personnel for assistance, and knowledgeable to help you get what you need for your car. Parts In stock, reasonable priced, and decent sale items on the floor.

Excellent service in the parts store. Bought a copper gasket and oil drain plug. I was treated as well as if I was buying a full exhaust system for a Rolls Royce. Thank you.

Helpful knowledgeable staff, and all the selections for your basic or specific auto project. If they don't have it in stock, they are surely quick to take care of you and get you headed in the right direction.

Good price good counter service. I walk with a cane, and could have used some help putting my radiator cap on or at least offered some help. Advanced Auto always goes the extra mile and I don't even need to ask. Honestly, both are equal but Advanced Auto has much better customer service.

Want to thank Pam, for always being so helpful and patient. She has been an excellent asset to Napa Auto Parts for years. She's the best!! She helped me in locating the correct Oxygen Sensor for my car after the computer kept recommending the wrong part for the car. Like she said, three is a charm, it worked, no check engine light!! Yay!!

Just a note to say thanks to your Mr. Ronnie Henderson. Spent several hours trying to get windshield wiper blades on truck. Frustrated, called NAPA they invited me to stop by. This feat was accomplished instantly. I mean seconds not minutes. Big Thanks to the pro.

The staff on Oct 26 were excellent. My wife lost a wiper on the interstate in a heavt rain storm. I called the store to see if they had the size and could possible replace the blade. When she arrived one the staff went out and put it on while the other took care of payment. Awesome service guys. Thanks very much.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, even requesting some parts that weren't in stock to be delivered to the store within a few hours. I will definitely keep going to this store if this their standard level of service.

First of all the air was not working at all!!! I am in the a.c. business and I could not believe it. Forth time in 2 months hot as heck. I grabbed my temp gun at it read 85 degrees at 10 am. Second I've ordered parts from Pam. (Red head woman), and both times I found out that she never even orded them.

The folks here are very helpful. My wife showed up with a flat tire and needed assistance putting on the spare. She was helped immediately and back on the road. I certainly appreciate their helpful attitude.

Just stopped in because battery was not working had my two girls with me James helped me out put in battery in no time flat... Also tested battery he took out and found out it was only a couple months old and still under warranty (company car). but has a bad cell and he gave me info to get refund. Awesome service.
