We are a full metal and electronic recycling facility. Processing cars,equipment, metal,steel, copper, aluminum,brass and we offer roll off containers. QCMR has a 501c-3 second chance program that employs ex offenders to give an opportunity for a new trade and fresh start in life. Being a WOSB CERTIFIED,CBI HUBcertified, Charlotte’s only Recycling facility to allow individuals to scrap without a vehicle is an important part of helping our local community to have a form of employment. Queen City Metal has state certified scales and was awarded in 2017 Small Business of the Year by the SBA, State of NC and Wells Fargo Small Business Person. This is the best recycling place in Charlotte and surrounding. They have the best prices and are always there 6 days a week. The best staff and the owner gets out there and works also. By far a five star experience they've earned it.
We had a van full of old appliances and called and asked if they would take these types of items, They did and over we went, what an awesome experience. They walked us through the entire process; they even unloaded our entire van and even walked away with cash. Micky and her team have super customer service.
Seriously? Identifies as woman owned and lgbtq friendly? Oh my, what a strange time to be alive. Look at their reviews and replies, one customer says the guy at the window was acting like he was mute and their reply.. "fortunate that you are insulting someone with disabilities " No one is insulting people with disabilities, they're making a point. ??? Omg get woke and go broke. All I care about is your service, not who owns it or what sexual orientation they support. But I'll be taking my business to a company that supports all customers, regardless of who they sleep with.
