If you are OTR and delivering here, there is a gate at the shipping and receiving entrance. If you do not have the code, you will either have to call the company and wait on hold or wait for someone to exit the gate. Luckily, an employee passing by let us in.
Once you get in, go to the door that’s about straight ahead (door 27), open it and look on the inside of it and you will see some numbers. Call one of them and someone should answer quickly and tell you where to go. Quick and painless once you get past that point, otherwise, have patience, as it could take a while to get in the gate.Jan 23, 2026 -
I stopped in to pick up some parts that I ordered. They only had one person working the counter with four people at the desk. There was a customer being helped that was taking forever. I stood at the counter as the second customer and waited 20 minutes to get my parts. Nobody even acknowledged that any of us was there. I don't recommend them for parts or anything else.

I called ahead for a bumper and a fender. They promised they had both in stock. After driving 3 hours to get there, I found out they had lied — they only had the fender, not the bumper. Very disappointing.

I had a really disappointing experience at this place. While I was there, I witnessed some of the staff laughing and making fun of a man with a mental or developmental disability after he left, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, they are also extremely slow when it comes to helping or attending customers. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

I am currently in the middle of a really big headache dealing with LKQ and their extended warranty purchase program that I took advantage of but seeing as the motor had no compression when advertised it had 160 I wanted them to pick it up and return my money. I received another engine even after refusing delivery of the unordered replacement, its a hassle to get my money still... will follow up with the result in the coming week.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your employees at the LKQ office. Over the past few days, this employee failed to order a product I needed, despite multiple promises to do so and to provide updates. As a result, the product is now unavailable.
This situation forced me to visit your office three times to resolve the issue, indicating a clear lack of competence and communication on the part of the employee. I read the reviews and it became clear that 3 years ago they gave 4-5 stars, and now everyone gives 1-2 stars, apparently they changed the boss and put in someone who doesn't care about the client and the managers don't need clients either, they'll get their money anywayAug 07, 2024 -
Cant call anyone who works there, public number i some dam service line and it doesnt connect . Bought a item and returned it 4 days later unused. I have been waiting on my refund 6 days. To buy my part i waited a hour+ just to find out some guy was hiding in the back who was supposed to help me. They barely operational

If I could give a 0 I would. My husband just called about replacing seats in his 99' Toyota Tacoma Prerunner and the guy just said no and hung up on us. Without even a conversation, just hung up on. I was standing right there and heard it for myself. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will not ever call back. I was given a reference to this company from a friend who sends these guys a lot of business. I'll make sure my friend knows how rotten we were treated. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and hopefully so will my friend.

Two stars only because a different sales representative promised my transmission would be here by Friday. Still no transmission! They have my 4k and I Sill do not gave my transmission! The original sakes rep never shipped my transmission! Even though I gave him all the imfomation he asked for to get the right one. At thus point I may want a refund! You can not speak to a manager you get the run around! I should only leave one srar only because someone answered the phone!!!

I don’t care how cheap the part is it’s not worth it your time is way more valuable than standing in there for an hour for a pick up. Even if you do order over the phone . The two guys are doing the best they can. They have to place orders run to the back refunds do everything.
