Oh man, what a relief Sunny Day Towing was when our SUV overheated on the way to a soccer game in Charlotte. I called panicking with the kids in the car, but the lady on the phone was so calming and said they'd be there soon. Sure enough, the tow truck arrived in about 25 minutes, the driver was super nice and even chatted with my son about trucks while he hooked us up. They towed us to our mechanic without any issues, and the cost was way less than I feared—definitly worth it for the peace of mind. If you're in Charlotte and need help, these folks are awesome!

Fast and friendly, but not the cheapest. Which in the middle of rush hour in summer is understandable. Everything went very smoothly and the truck driver gave me a ride back to work gratis.
I’ve nothing but good things to say about sunny day tow service. Was recommended by a friend for hauling old cars off a new property we inherited. Showed up on time every day until the job was done. Never a complaint. Asked for a couple of additional items, and they didn’t baulk or charge me more.
Didn’t get the driver’s name but wanted to say thank u to this company and the tow truck driver for helping my Dad move his beloved 63 Mustang to storage from his home. He can be very stubborn, however this company, and particularly the driver was really patient and put my pops at ease. I’m sure he was busy with his day, but the driver took his time, listened to my Dad describe the vehicle, looked under the hood, took plenty of pictures, and walked him through the process of securing the vehicle to the bed of the tow truck. Kudos to Sunny Day Towing, you got a customer for life.
Used Sunny Day not once, twice, but four times for moving clients vehicles from our business location in Midlothian VA to Charlotte NC. Every time our contact, who I believe is the owner, was prompt with his communications & quote, easy to work with, and good with our customers. What more can you ask for with a business? Would totally recommend using if you’re looking for auto transport in the Southeast.
