I purchased a vehicle for my teenage daughter and I purchased a lemon from this business. The motor blew up within 3 months of purchased and I notified them and they stated that they were sorry .Although sorry didn't fixed the problem. My daughter is without a vehicle and I have to continue to make payments because I value my credit. Don't purchase a vehicle from this car lot.
Best place to buy a used vehicle at a reasonable price The owners are so very friendly and treat you like family. my husband and I have bought a couple vehicles from them and have never had any issues, reliable vehicles. I can't say enough good things about this auto outlet 😊Good folks!!
Bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox in June of 2021 from EAO. The engine blew two months after purchase. The reason EAO gets a five star review is that they honored the warranty even though it was a month out of warranty. Really appreciate Mike and Mitch helping out when they had no obligation to do so.
My husband and I purchased a vehicle in 2016. I never got around to posting a review, but better late than never! The person who helped us was great in showing us cars. Although the car we ended up buying was still not up for sale when we were there, he was polite and did not mind us having a test drive with it. I do recall that the car had a minor issue with the Air conditioning system BUT they went above and beyond to have it fixed for us.
Up to this day that car is still in great conditions. I definitely recommend this car dealership if you are looking for a vehicle.

I had the most amazing experience purchasing my new SUV at Edward's Auto Outlet. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The first day I came out they moved quickly and I was behind the wheel test driving my vehicle in no time. The car was well taken care of and they accommodated my request to service the vehicle due to a check engine light popping on. It turned out to be nothing more than an o2 sensor glitch, but had it been more serious they fully planned on fixing it and making sure I was satisfied.
On the day I purchased the vehicle I was running late and very eager to pick it up THAT DAY. The salesmen assisting me could tell I was excited and said he would wait for me well past closing time to assure I would drive home that night with my new vehicle.
If I ever purchase another car I will most certainly contact Edwards Auto Outlet first, and my fingers will be crossed they have what I am looking for because they were so fantastic and trustworthy.

Me and my son was looking at trucks for the pass few month's. We went to Raleigh and was looking at few there. Then Edwards popped up on the website. I called Mr Edwards and let him know we were on our way. He was about an hour away from closing, we got there and with about 15 minutes to spare. We looked at the 2011 Silverado and we drove it down the street and back and in the time we did that, we knew we had to get it before its gone. Mr Edwards stayed and help us finish all our paperwork and got us going. If you want to buy a used car or truck or anything from Mr. Edwards please take the trip out there. It is well worth it. I felt as great about the trade-in as I did about the new car. There was also a variety of financing options, and they definitely got me into the deal that was right for me.
