Stuck in the mud and rain on a Sunday. The staff helped easily navigate the process and with easy updates about ETA we knew the issue was well in hand. The service member arrived and was both a gentleman and adapt at solving the issue. Would recommend to anyone in a sticky situation!!!
I was on the side of the road for 2 hours when AAA finally contacted a second provider as the first was not answering. My derive person was quick, courteous and showed genuine concern that I’d waited that long. He said if there’s a next time call us directly and we will call AAA for you! I wished I’d know him before hand because I would have called him first!
The review is coming from Dave’s wife who was alone when the back tire totally blew on my car on 795 Just before it got dark at night. I was scared and couldn’t figure out where exactly where I was, but Rich was able to locate me and was very kind, Patient, helpful. I would very much recommend Rich’s towing service. Originally, I thought I had destroyed the rim so I called for someone to tow the car, In the end, he was able to change my tire So I did not have to leave it at the dealership which was over 100 miles from home, and I got home safe.
I had to get my vehicle towed. The dispatcher, I think her name was Keisha, was very nice. She called me back when she said she would. The tow truck operator was also nice and very knowledgeable. Had a great conversation with him while driving back to the shop. His name was Zy.
The young man was very courteous and made the tow the easiest I have ever experienced. He also arrived 1+ hours sooner than the eta provided by roadside assistance.
I found myself in a bit of a jam when I accidentally locked my keys inside my car and, as luck would have it, the battery decided to give up on me at the same time.

I recently had an extremely negative and frustrating experience with this repair shop. After being referred here by AAA, I was charged $902 for work that was never performed. When the vehicle was later inspected by another repair shop located about 30 miles down the road — after my car broke down again — they took photos, scanned the vehicle, and confirmed the same diagnostic codes that this shop was originally supposed to address. Their inspection showed clearly that none of the required repairs had been done. The only new part on the vehicle was a single spark plug.
In addition to the lack of actual service, the way I was treated made me feel discriminated against — both as a woman and as a white customer. The staff spoke confidently and reassuringly at first, but their actions did not match their promises. Despite their “good talk,” they failed to follow through with any of the work they claimed they would complete.
This situation is incredibly disappointing, especially since AAA recommended this business. I expected honesty, professionalism, and fair treatment, and instead received the opposite: incomplete work, misleading explanations, and a $902 bill for services that were never performed.
Given the evidence from the second repair shop and the fact that my vehicle failed due to the same unresolved issues, I am requesting a full investigation, a detailed explanation of the charges, and appropriate action to remedy this situation.
I put in a request for roadside service through my insurance. They sent Richie's Full Service & Roadside Assistance out. They were there to help change my tire in under 5 minutes. The gentleman was courteous, friendly and a quick worker. I would definitely recommend them to any one for roadside Assistance!!

Richie's is the absolute best! We needed a tow and Triple A screwed around with us for sixteen hours. Richie's to the rescue! This business was contacted through GEICO. Had a vehicle that was absolutely dead. Driver arrived earlier than expected, diagnosed how to get the vehicle into neutral, placed the vehicle on the rollback smartly and delivered the vehicle to the dealer as requested.
In one word? Professional, knowledgeable, and composed. My vehicle and my safety was his first priority. Tow services always get a bad look, but this was a first. I felt like he put himself in my place.
My son and I were so thankful that Anthony Mills came out quickly after what I thought was a quick run to the store for gas. After being told it would take 45mins. I later received a text said it would be 10 minutes and I’m sure he was there in 7 minutes lol- Thank you for all your support to getting us home safely.

This was the second time in two days that I had to have my car towed, which was so great both times. The second time Darren was very helpful and knowledgeable and tried to assess what the difficulty was. It was a pleasure talking with him. He is a very nice professional and friendly young man.

Mr Jimmy with Richie’s was very polite and prompt! I called AAA and requested Richie’s! A few minutes after my request I received a call from Keisha giving me an estimate timeframe of 60 mins and Mr. Jimmy called about 15 Mins later! 10/10 recommend!
Pete was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I called, he showed up quickly and wasted no time getting everything handled. He was polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. You could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was done smoothly and without any hassle. It’s never fun to need a tow, but Pete made the whole situation a lot less stressful. If I ever need help again, I’d definitely hope to get Pete as my driver. Highly recommend!
Deon was his name. He came on time (first ever) and was very polite and kind. He also was very helpful to me with his knowledge of cars. I was very impressed. I honestly had gotten where I dreaded calling AAA because of having to wait hours every time as well as having workers who were there just for the paychecks which was obvious. Deon definitely needs a raise. He deserves it. By far the best AAA experience my mother or I have had!!! Impressed.
Awesome service. Sent to our roadside issue through AAA. Operator was very kind offering to let me sit in his air conditioned truck and professional. Took great care in loading our car and was very clear what next steps would be.
