We needed a car towed and the only availability we had was early morning. The initial towing company kept changing times the day of needing the tow. We called Brad's and we were able to have towing service in 30 minutes. Excellent service & price, quick & efficient. I would recommend!

My son was involved in an accident in Wilson and, this part not being Brad’s towing’s fault, the officer on the scene told me I couldn’t use my AAA to have the car towed because they had a rotation they called and I could get AAA to pick it up for free from there. Brad arrived promptly, got what he needed and towed the car the 2.9 miles from the accident scene in front of Farmington Heights church to his tow yard on Downing st in front of Sheetz.
I called the next day to figure out what to do about the car as it was totaled and was informed that the cost - just 26 hours after the incident - would be $583 to allow AAA to pick the car up and it would be $50 a day extra moving forward. The $50/day is industry standard so I get that but all the fees charged on top of the $300/tow contract he has with the Wilson Police Dept is almost double industry standards. Just know if you do have an accident, you should be very aware of how much more you will be charged if you allow the Wilson Police Dept to call a tow off their “rotation”. I called the police dept and they will provide training to that officer as he misinformed me and made a bad situation a lot worse. Be sure you take cash as he doesn’t let you know until you show up that he charges a fee on top of the $95 “pull out” fee and this $30 fee and that $30 fee if you use your debit/credit card. I’ve had cars towed across state for less than this 2.9 mile tow cost me.
Brad was amazing and quick. Unfortunately, what I thought was a dead battery turned out to be me needing a new alternator. Not only was he fast at arriving to give me a jump but quickly got me, my toddler, and husband to the auto repair shop. He was kind and empathetic to our situation. I recommend Brad with my entire heart. His calm, kind demeanor really helped me relax in this high stress situation,
Unfriendly. My son had an accident and this company towed his car. Because car wasn't in my or my sons name, he did not allow us to get his work uniform or $500 worth of his belongings out of the car. Once we were able to come by everything was either destroyed or stolen! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not a secured lot!
Owner is rude. Called to get information about a vehicle that was towed and he basically wouldn't listen and didn't care and hung up the phone while I was still talking. If I could give no stars I would.
I just had the most efficient and reliable service that I have ever had with a tow company. Not only was the young man polite but he was simply nice to work with.
He arrived in record time and handled my vehicle with kid gloves.
The price was fantastic and I would recommend this company over anyone else in Wilson. I called all of them.. I will keep Brad's in my phone book to recommend whenever I know someone needs help!

A+ service from Evan. We were traveling back to home on a Sunday and we caught a flat and needed a tow for a new tire.

I was traveling from NJ to FL for an event with my donut trailer and I broke an axel in Wilson NC. I was stuck and couldn't figure out what I was going to do because of the time restraint I had to get to Florida. I was lucky enough to stop in to Brad's towing and he was so helpfully with helping me figure out a way to get me on the road to my event. his employees are amazing and his knowledge and experience was exactly what I needed to get me on the road. Dishonest company. Have the receipt to prove it and my next action is to contact Attorney General. Brad charged us for two days and only had the truck for 12 hours!
I was in a wreck I was the victim not driving I was the passenger and he will not allow me to get my personal belongings out of the vehicle he was very rude when I called I have heard from several people what he is doing is illegal
When everyone else was trying to charge $150+ for a 10 minute tow, I called them and for nearly half the price they picked my truck up and delivered it in less than an hour. I will be using them again if ever I'm in need!
I got stalled on the highway outside of Stantonsburg this morning and sought towing services near my location from Google maps. The first two companies gave reasons why they couldn't help. I then got Brad's towing and they arrived in 30 minutes. They towed my vehicle, diagnosed the trouble and repaired it within 4 hours of picking it up. The price for the repair was more than reasonable and to top it off the whole crew was friendly and professional from the tow truck driver to Brad himself! I highly recommend this company if you find yourself stranded on the side of the road near Wilson. I have added this company to my contacts in case my truck puts me down again!!
When I was in a bind and had to manage what little amount of money I had, Brad's was very understanding, patient and helpful.
They have great rates for when you either don't have or can't use your AAA coverage. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. Very down-to-earth and good folks!
I would recommend them to anyone over any other service in the area of Nash/Wilson/Wayne/Johnston counties!
