The guys at Joe Hudson did a wonderful job on my Subaru after it's encounter with a tree! I received updates from them as repairs progressed, and they had my car ready before the expected date. I hope I don't have any more trees falling on my car, but I know where to go for the repairs if I need them! Thank you again for your great job!!

This location in Flat Rock was fantastic from beginning until the end. I had a 2020 Camry I took here after an accident and had a wonderful experience so when bad luck struck me again I brought my RAV4 here. The team at this location was extremely detailed and helpful throughout the multiple processes involved with repairing my RAV4. The friendly face at the front desk (Britney) was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Colby was very helpful with text message updates on my cars movement through the repair. I would recommend this place a million times over and if bad luck bites me again… I know where to go! Thank you to everyone at Joe Hudson’s collusion center!

I obtained an estimate for body work from this shop on 10/2/25. The cost of the parts was based on CCC Data dated 10/1/25. I was advised not to drop off the vehicle before all the parts had been delivered to them due to uncertainty of parts deliveries. On 10/10, I received a phone call stating they were ready for me to drop off my car. We were traveling so I could not take the car to the shop until 10/20, which I did. On 10/23/25, the shop called to advise that a previously ordered part involved in the repair had a price increase equal to 79.6% (from $930 to $1,670). I was led to believe based on their comments that the part had arrived in the shop prior to being contacted for original drop off, thus my assumption they had the parts in hand on or before 10/10. The revised price was based on their CCC pricing data with a date of 10/17, per a revised bill I received. I firmly believe the part was delivered to the shop on or before 10/10 but I am being charged based on increased pricing of the CCC Data Base dated 10/17. I have asked for an explanation for the increase but have not had the courtesy of a reply from the General Manager. If I could get a response from the shop, I would ask to see the actual invoice to clarify when the part was purchased. But so far, they have not responded in any way to an email or two phone messages. Very disappointing to say the least.

I recommend this business highly due to the speed of completion, the updates, the price, and the quality of workmanship. I did not like being rear-ended by a driver to make this repair necessary, but I did like the treatment I got to rectify this.

When I got into an unfortunate accident with my truck, I was happy to find this body shop conveniently located near where I work. I was also happy that they were able to get me scheduled in, in a reasonable amount of time. They handled everything with the other party’s insurance, and sent me regular updates about my repairs. And my truck looks as good as new….definitely happy to recommend!

Had a lot of damage to the front of my Toyota Corolla and the side passenger door. I used the Joe Hudson in Hendersonville and was very impressed with my car when I got it back (which took way less time than expected). The rates were clear and fair, the customer service was great, and honestly I just did not think they would be able to make my car as perfect as new but they truly did. Would absolutely use again

Easy to work with Returned 2 days soon than estimated Just don't take cash to pay ...they do not except cash for payment. I would have appreciated being informed if that at the time the young lady called to tell me that my car was ready to pick up..My car looks great and I appreciate the warranty on my car. It was returned very clean .

My experience with Joe Hudson(flat rock location) has been a nightmare experience. After receiving a quote of projecting 10 days to fix it took over 40 days to get vehicle back. Once I picked it front end alignment was never done and oil pressure sensor was now on vehicle. Took the vehicle back and still took them over a week to fix. My insurance only covered me for 30 days and had to pay out pocket for remainder of days on rental. After picking up vehicle the second time front end still has a problem. After calling back they said they would look at and for me to drop it off. They refused to provided rental car even after I told them this is my only transportation to and from work. I would advise anyone not to take there car here. Absolutely terrible service and business.

Gave them a hard time in getting my vehicle back from the shop. But in the end it was well worth the wait. Times are tough holding on to good people. I understand. Thankfully they have the skilled people to perform very complicated repairs. Thank you very much.

As a bystander in the lobby waiting on a friends car, I must say that Wes in the Asheville location is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever seen to his employees and customers. He came up front and accused an employee of making a mistake, very loud and very rude, even calling this employee a liar when she pointed out to him that it was not her mistake. Honestly, it does not matter what happened or who made the mistake, the point is that he should not have said ANYTHING in the presence of customers. Furthermore, he was rude to a customer who had come in to have her car fixed. I would never work for a narcissist such as him and I assure you he will never gain my business or respect. Joe Hudson, you definitely need to rethink who you are hiring to represent your company.

I brought my car here for an estimate for repairs and they were kind of dismissive and didn't even pull the car into the shop even though I told them it was making a weird noise. That may be normal, but I just didn't find it reassuring at all. And the attitude of the staff was just not like they were interested in my business in any way. I will choose another shop to have the repairs completed.

I was called and was told my car was ready and when I picked it up I specifically asked if an alignment was done and was assured it had been done. Upon driving it over the weekend, I realize the alignment was not done. I called Monday morning and explain that my car still needs to be aligned and I’m told “oh I’m sorry. We forgot to do that. Can you bring it back in?” — so I take time off work to bring it back in. When I arrive in the shop, I specifically say, “you know, This was the one thing I asked on Friday. Was the alignment done? And I was told yes it was” — I’m told by the lady “I’m sorry, the person you talked to just didn’t know.” So, instead of saying she didn’t know and going to check, she just told me it was done? Disappointing.

Awesome job on paint and body work but they didn’t fix the turn signal or airbag sensor. Taking it back to be fixed right. But would I recommend them or use them again, heck yeah like I said paint and body work and detail work is excellent. They probably just got in a hurry everyone does at one point or another.

I had my first experience with this body shop in 2017. I was hit, and the accident caused over $5,000 dollars in damages to my Scion Fr-S. The entire passenger side basically had to be redone. The insurance company sent my car to this shop, and when I picked it up- I was amazed! It looked better than when I originally bought it. Recently, when I was in another $5,000+accident, I remembered my initial experience with this shop and luckily, the insurance company approved the shop to be utilized for the repairs. Yet again, when I picked up my Mazda CX-5- It looked brand new..better than when I bought it! They even washed it and appeared to have vaccumed it as well. I believe you get what you pay for, and this place is well worth the price. The customer service and quality of work are always great!

Great shop. They are very professional and quick. I had a good dent in the bed of my truck. They were able to get it out and did a great paint job. I would definitely come back if I ever have another need for auto body work.

What I expected to be a stressful experience was a breeze. From the initial phone conversation to the time I picked up my finished car, my experience was hassel free. This body shop is organized, professional, and well-staffed. When we dropped off my car, the rental car company was extremely late (Do not use Hertz... You've been warned!!!). Dale took the initiative to call the insurance company and have them switch the rental company to Enterprise. He didn't have to do that, but I am incredibly thankful he did. Most importantly, my car repairs are flawless. It looks 100% better than it ever has since I have owned this vehicle. Best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time!!!!
