Fast & friendly service. They had the body parts I needed., they had the doors and front fender off and waiting to go with Lightning speed. The cool dude at the front desk was willing to work with me on the price. ? Great place to do business with.
I've decided to give Gosnell's 5⭐. I needed a spare tire, rim & tire, that was proving to be very difficult without paying a small fortune for it. They had one and sold it to me for a very reasonable price. They do business the way folks used to back in the golden years of America.
4⭐ because they are extremely nice and helpful. If you call ahead, they will pull your part and have it waiting in the office. Low prices because it's a junkyard with used parts. The only downside I know of is that it is not easy to find. They're several businesses around them & none are clearly marked. The office sign is partially blocked by bushes. Otherwise, an old fashion style junkyard.
Sold me a bad transmission and wouldn't refund unless I return parts back, knowing I live 4hours far, had to pay mechanic to remove it, this is the worse experience I have encountered ever. Lied that the owner was not around and he travelled, got there and saw the owner sitting right in his office. Not sincere and trustworthy for any transactions. Beware
Super nice guy at desk. Part was waiting on me, unfortunately it wasn't correct one. Not his fault husband was hoping he could make it work.
Will definitely shop here again. Christian podcast on radio. I picked up the part for husbands shop. Being female going into garages or shops makes me uncomfortable because they usually have posters up of girls in bikinis.

Pierce's tire and auto service sent me to this well organized salvaged yard and I needed head light covers and they ordered them for me. So Gosnells will be my new GO TO GUYS for well conditioned parts and find you after market replacements, in a great time frame and great pricing, not cheap junk, but good like new stuff.
Both if these businesses are on my list now.

Gregg was very helpful, he took my information on Thursday evening before New Years Eve and said he would get back to me by noon on Monday. They were out of power on Monday. By noon Tuesday Rodney had reached out to me by sending me pictures of the correct part for a 90 model Toyota Celica. (Most cars this old have been crushed by now) I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service!! Getting back to someone when you say you will is unheard of in this day and time, especially days later and a holiday to beat it all.
Rodney shipped me my part out of state the same day and were very reasonable in their pricing. I will definitely use them in the future if the opportunity arises.

This was my first visit and I met Rodney. He's Super in finding the parts you need! This is a great place for parts! The prices were great and you can return for a refund if it doesn't work or not exact. I like that! Great overall experience! Going back because of the service and prices!

Very helpful, was able to find the right parts for my vehicle, in less than a day. The guys there remove the items from the cars so you don't have to. Even when they don't have the parts the can recommend other shops that might have them.
Called them on Monday to see if they had a transmission for my car which they did . They had it pulled by the end of the day on Tuesday for me. Rodney was very helpful and answering any questions I had. They were the only yard within 10 hours of me that had the parts I needed and it was definitely worth the drive. They gave me great confidence to make the drive there and back worth it. I will definitely be contacting them again when I need more parts.
When purchasing used parts, you want to have confidence that you are getting a good used part, but when you don't, that's when the rubber meets the road. I had been searching for over 6 months for an honest salvage yard with a used engine to put in a car that I purchased last year and never made it home it because the motor blew a rod when bringing it home. Greg took the time to call me back and he was honest, helpful and he helped me with a motor that fixed my car and runs like a new one. In a world of dishonest people, these folks are the real deal... HONEST and helpful. Greg even delivered the engine to my mechanic for less than it took him to transport it all the way from their yard to Blowing Rock NC. My grandfather needed something for his blazer , well they had it and it was a very reasonable price. So it's a good place my grandfather is on a fixed income and they helped. He couldn't afford a great big price.
The guy wouldn't sale me an oil cap because I wasn't sure what year my boyfriends car was and it was a waste of money to get me one if I might have to return it. And he super overpriced me with $10 before taxes for one. Advanced auto parts sold it to me $6 before taxes. That four bucks is gas for my family! And all this misogynist saw was a woman he could make a little money off of!
