Owning a business time is very important when having to take a vehicle to be serviced. We are very pleased with how professional and responsive Streets Automotive is, and how they have made it possible for us to work with our schedules.

The second time I come in to finish the job since the other parts had be order was super fast. Both times I was there had great customer service and great at giving info on what need be done.

Really disappointed in their service I purchased a car from a local dealer and expected they must have done a great job servicing my Alfa Romeo. They over filled the oil leading to a bunch of warning lights. Poured low grade oil was absolutely toasted thru the oil in 3 days. They installed low quality or faulty install on "Coilpack(S) and SparkPlugs(S) causing misfires after a couple days. Seems like a great shop but I would'nt trust them with non domestic vehicles from others experience too. -I did try to get a alignment for my other car and was questioned why I needed one and rescheduled just gave up after some time sucks a great sounding shop earns bad reputation.

They are very professional. Very friendly. Listened to my issues and took care of everything quickly and we're reasonably priced.Will keep going back and will recommend to all that ask "where is great place to take my car". Best service that I have ever encountered.

Service manager was patient and kind as I made decisions about services and researched options. I dont know how to judge the price. It's been a while since I had a lot of work done on a vehicle.

Just used Street's after using another shop for years. Customer service was fantastic. Alex was professional and explained everything. Not pushy but suggestive. Highly recommend

Brought my Volt in because they are suppose to work on hybrids, a month later and $887.00 later they put in a screen and told me to take it to Chevy, still not working, asked the owner what did I supposedly get for my money and he laughed. Don't bring your hybrid there, they don't know what they are doing.

Several other shops were unable to remove an old catalytic converter and replace it with a new one, but Streets got it done in just a couple of hours. Great customer service and great people- I’d highly recommend

I can’t say enough great things about Streets Automotive. They are amazing! Professional and considerate. Their place is immaculate! I was so impressed with the people there I could barely speak!

Was recommended this shop from some friends. Brought in a car for a pre-purchase inspection. They were very thorough, and Bill was very nice. I liked that they sent the inspection details to my phone, and printed a copy out for me as well. Even reviewed the CarFax to see if there were any specific issues with the vehicle in the past they needed to look at more closely. Will be going back for future car maintenance and repairs.

Ladies, if you want honest answers this is the place, Bill didn't make me feel like an idiot because I'm a woman, explained what I didn't understand in detail. Gave me options for my repair. He came highly recommended. I don't live in North Carolina and I will tow my Infiniti 50 miles if I need him again.

No one likes to be stranded in a strange state on the interstate but it's how we found ourselves recently. Street's was recommended by someone we met in a nearby town. Street's named a good local tow company (A Plus Towing) that got us there fast. Street's fit us in, diagnosed an engine problem and fixed it. Their pleasant demeanor and a real nice waiting area made our 3+ hour wait bearable. HIGHLY recommend!!

I had several issues with the vehicle. They diagnosed the problems quickly and informed me of the total cost to repair. They listed the work in order of most severe to least then prioritized the work in efforts to keep the cost affordable for me. Once that was determined I gave them the go ahead to begin work on most of the work that could leave me stranded. I will be returning to complete the remaining work and am very please with their service.

Very satisfied with service. Brought car for some issues and they address and fix it at a timely manner. Highly recommend this shop. Alex was the one who assisted me. He's awesome.

We were traveling for vacation. Our oil light came on and when we checked, it indicated very low oil. We added 3 containers of oil, drove a distance, again the oil light came on. Arriving at our destination, we called AAA and had the car towed that night to Street's Automotive, AAA's recommendation. Street's worked on the car first thing in the morning, saying they knew were were on vacation. Luckily, they were able to correct the problem, called us and off we went safely to enjoy our vacation. If I could give them a 10 Star review, I would! Street's was professional, considerate and McAfee is feel safer and secure.

These guys are awesome. I was traveling from Charleston and started having tire issues past Spartanburg. Thinking it was just the road I kept going. When the vibrations didn’t stop I pulled off and just happened to go by Streets Automotive, it was getting late in the day but I stopped anyway and I am so glad I did. The staff there was great. Friendly and professional. I can’t praise them enough. They helped me out of a bad situation and had me back on the road in an hour. Great, great, great service. Thank you so much for your help. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to the folks at streets automotive.. I've been pretty down on my luck as of late and when the starter in my truck went out this week, these folks took such good care of me.. I cannot thank you enough for how grateful I am for the service you provided me.. heartfelt, and warm wishes for you as you continue to provide service to our community!

I dropped vehicle off for regular maintenance that was due. The professional service team kept me up to date on all of the services being performed. I was glad to know they offered the same services: brake, fuel, transmission, rear differential and power steering services that the dealerships offer but at a considerably better rate. While keeping up with your vehicles warranty. This way the manufacturers cannot say you did not have the services done. Everything is documented.

We have a 1990 Ford Bronco that is my pride and joy, and I was hesitant to take it to just any mechanic after a small oil leak turned into a knocking rod and oil in our intake. Streets auto was fast, having the engine pulled and replaced in less than 3 weeks. We have all new parts under the hood and they have warranty. They also fixed our AC. We have all new vacuum hoses and the truck drives beautiful. They have a new regular. They won’t be your cheapest or most expensive option, but they will be a good bang for your buck. They did the job quickly, correctly, and had a great attitude. They called me and communicated changes. They also do electronic quotes which was nice. I was able to pick it up after hours so I didn’t have to miss work. I did get a few cheaper quotes (only by a couple hundred dollars) but they would take a lot longer on the job, and they didn’t give me the reassure that streets did. I think I spoke with Alex primarily. The photo in the garage is the truck before we brought it to streets, we lost power and leaked a ton of oil. They also didn’t leave a ton of grease on my steering wheel which is something I appreciate! We paid 8500 for all labor and parts. That included diagnostic, a new 3.2 engine, and the parts needed to fix the AC.

Brought my chrysler 300 here for an engine light issue and an oil change. These guys are the best. I had an appointment for Tuesday and they got it done on Tuesday. It needed an oil control valve. Super fast! Great service! They have the best mechanics and a beautiful shop.

Rick, Alex and their team did an amazing job! From a rundown of suggestions and a detailed quote to phone calls to keep me updated until the work was complete. I will definitely bring all automotive needs to Streets!

So polite and prompt! These guys have helped fix our family cars several times and each time it is a fair price and positive experience. I purchased a used exhaust from Facebook, which unfortunately did not come with two adapters that I needed to connect it to the rest of my car. Bill from Street's was super helpful getting me with a technician that was able to custom make the adapters to the correct size and fitment. Later I installed them and they fit perfectly and have held up extremely nice. Superb service, would recommend to all!

Dealt with Alex. He was helpful responsive and fair with what needed to be done for our 2013 Honda Pilot. It was an inherited vehicle that we did not know the past care on. He took care of making sure that the missed scheduled maintenance was caught up and it is in good running order now.. Thank You Alex

Been using Streets for year and they are great! Most of the time they fix it right the first time and, even more importantly, anytime they haven't for some reason, they've always made it right. I appreciate them standing behind their work and trust them with all my vehicles.

Working in the trades myself specifically residential HVAC , I cannot voice enough praise to Alex & the amazing team of skilled technicians who worked on my truck. They exceed every expectation I had to the highest degree. They give a fair price, do timely & thorough work, while ensuring I was informed throughout the process. They were honest informing me my ball joints were in no way shape or form bad or needed to be replaced. Since I was already getting a level & wheels installed. It made more sense to replace ball joints that were factory original from 2014 and 126k miles. If it wasn’t brought to my attention as I just didn’t think of that. It would’ve been a greater headache & taking time off work in the future so I’m grateful 11/10
