They pressed my wheel bearing and installed the seal incorrectly, causing grease leakage.
To respond to the nonsensical response from the store:
There are three rubber seals to be installed on the wheel bearing. I provided all the parts. When I received the bearing back assembled with the hub and knuckle, one seal was already crooked and out of alignment and I had to hammer it into place correctly. I should've taken a picture. This was BEFORE installing it on the vehicle.
This wasn't enough, though, as I couldn't get it all the way in. The seals were 100% installed incorrectly by the shop. The blame is 100% on the store for incorrect seal installation.
If Levi hangs up on me one more time. This is the worst place ever to go if your a female, they treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. Worst place ever…thanks Levi!
Terrible service. I have been trying to work with them for a 2 years now and every time I get wronged. They tell me my parts will be in and that they will call me, and I never receive a call either way. When I ask for an update, I always get a “It’ll be here in 20 minutes” or “It’s on its way” but it never shows up. Levi on the phone has been rude, hung up on me more than once. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a woman, but regardless of the reason I will not be coming back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
I think I have rebuilt most of my 2002 Honda CRV from here over the years. Best prices, great customer service and worth the drive if you aren't local (me!)
At first when I walked in everyone was on the phone three different people. I was starting to get a little upset standing there waiting on one of them to assist me. But after thinking a moment how many times have I called a shop only to be put on hold waiting. So they are a first come first serve store to include people on the phone. Very nice and friendly staff. Will definitely be going back. Plus they have everything you can think of
When you want something done right and the right parts, this is your place to go. Always had a great experience with these guys. Special thanks to Dennis, who took his time to pull out the book to find me the right parts for my tow truck.
