My family and I need a vehicle towed to the Chrysler dealer in key from manteo. Alex was the only towing business that could do it within the time frame I was given by the service department. He was there exactly when he said he would be. Very nice and professional. His charge was less than half of everyone else I talked to. I highly recommend Towbx. Thank you Alex
If you need a tow company! I highly recommend these guys super nice super polite and they will help you. If you need issues worked out with your vehicle they go the extra mile I really recommend them.
While visiting Manteo, we found ourselves with a truck that wouldn’t start. Even though it was Sunday, they were quick to come out and help us. Wonderful service and just really good people!
Alex was great. He was prompt when other companies were not availible. He jumped our vehical and tested our battery to confirm it did not need to be replaced. He was even prepared with common starter for our vehical if needed (thank goodness we did not). He was friendly and knowledgable. Great Work!
My child locked the keys in her car while at a friends. Alex was there super fast and got her on her way! Especially since I was on the other side of the Banks and my child was panicking about being late for work! We love TowBX. 10/10 recommend.
What can I say but great. Alex and his magic fingers as he says. Starter issue on my truck (all of a sudden). We called, Alex came (very promptly), claimed he had magic fingers and would get the truck to start...needless to say, he did. Very freindly, honest and a personality unique to today's society. Give him a call if you're stranded...you'll be glad you did.
Well….. I drove right into sand! Before sunrise. I know better! Called around….. everyone a couple hours away. It was 6am……. Called, Alex answered and was super friendly and said he would be there in 20 min. He was!!! Even text on his way. Helped us out of an embarrassing situation. AND followed us and put air in our tires!!! Customer Service!!!!! On time!!!!!! Didn’t hurt that Alex is easy on the eyes and a gentleman!! 😉 😊😊

My vehicle was in an accident at the most inconvenient place, these guys showed up in what felt like seconds, calmed me down - they were so nice, my anxiety went down as soon as they got there! They had the accident cleaned up, and my vehicle hooked up quickly. Scott and Alex told me the charges upfront so I knew what to expect, which was way less then I had expected, so grateful. They wasted no time, gave me excellent advice as to how to handle this situation effectively cost wise and distance wise. They knew which shops could assist me in a timely manner, transported me and my vehicle right to the door. This was the best experience I have had compared to my those I've had in the past - and how cute is the name :) TOWBX!!! Thanks a million guys - really, you saved my life!!
