Great place for parts. We had a car wash for our youth, kids groups from our church family. They are good at allowing the community to use their parking lot for a fund raiser. So keep that in mind if you need a place to have a car wash, and remember they have great auto parts for you as well and great customer service.

HUGE shout out to Josh and his team at AAP Moyock for graciously providing our church - Moyock Assembly of God - with road-front real estate and access to their water spigot! They even tossed in a bucket, some soap, and towels towards our carwash! Thank you so much to a very professional and helpful group of men, today!

Horrible customer service. Employees often don’t know what they’re doing or talking about. The computer system is horrible & wrong due to user error or wrong car information. Four male employees who were ill informed of the car I needed the battery for. I had a female at O’Reilly’s help me. She was very knowledgeable & had great customer service. The battery was the same price. She installed the battery & had me back on the road within ten minutes. Just avoid the hassle of Advanced Auto & go to O’Reilly’s for better service.

Young man that helped me was very knowledgeable And willing to find out what ever it was I was looking for. the young lady helped my son. Torch pluses are not that easy to find. Are you ordered for me and got it in a very timely manner?

Love this place and the folks who work there. If you want new wiper blades, you get your choice of good, better and best with different prices and the specialist put them on for you if you have a difficulties in putting them on your vehicle.

Advance has very good coupons on their online/mobile orders, which makes them the most affordable/best bang for your buck option. You can use a discount code (normally 15-25% off) AND a speed perks reward (up to $10 off) on the same order and get a really good value. You can also pick the items up within 30 minutes of ordering like that.

My go to parts store! Josh and the team always take care of me no matter what the project is. Customer service and Technical knowledge are unmatched! Highly recommend anyone needing assistance with auto parts to come here!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Joshua Perdue and his staff while trying to limp the three and a half hour drive home from nags head to richmond. Upon entering the establishment his staff were courteous and knowledgeable. They immediately figured out what the issue was and that’s when Joshua sprung into action. He fixed the problem within just a few minutes and upon clearing the code we realized the other vehicle in our convoy needed help. He also fixed that issue and we were on our way. We made it home safely without issue. I can’t say enough about Joshua and his staff. His professionalism, knowledge, and skill saved the day for us and kept myself and my children safe so we could make it home. Thank you so much Josh and staff!!!!

Big thanks to Joshua the manager of this location. Today I was at the south military highway location getting a battery for my Jetta Gli and was told I had to go get it professionally installed. Joshua happened to be at this location at the same time. Joshua was not in uniform, and what seemed to be his day off offered to help me and he provided great customer service. Thank you Josh for saving me a trip to a dealership.

Been a commercial customer of this store for over 3 years and they always treat me right. The manager Josh goes above and beyond for his customers. If I have a problem and need immediate attention they are on the ball. Josh and Kyle, you guys rock. Thanks for helping me keep my business going. Yall will always be my first call

Josh and Tony were sooo nice and very helpful. I would like to say thank you so much for helping with our Honda Pilot so we were able to make it home safely. We were hours from home on a Sunday and didn’t know what to do but they made us feel happy with their Sense of humor and had us back on the road in 15 mins. I would recommend advance auto in moyock to anyone and everyone they are the best.

I came here to get a new battery and A/C charge. They charged and tested the battery for me and it was good to go. They also helped show me how to charge the AC. Both Joshua and Patrick were very helpful.

I am SO thankful for the guys here. Josh went above and beyond to help get my car back on the road so my toddler and I didn't have to sit in the awful heat. I went in on Tuesday to get an alternator for my car, they didn't have it so they ordered it in for me but then my car died in the parking lot. Zach helped me push it back into a spot while Patrick worked on jumping my battery to get me home. I don't know what I would have done without all of their help. Highly recommend. 13/10 will go here again.

Went in today and Joshua helped me. Joshua was extremely polite, helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He took his time to help me figure out a problem I had with my daughters car and then walked me thru a fix that was easier and cheaper than I thought it would be. I will DEFINITLY go back to this store. Advance needs all employees to be like Joshua.

Needed a replacement brake caliper that isn’t listed in the computer system here or anywhere else. These guys went above and beyond tracking down the exact part I needed in record time. Definitely my go to for my auto needs.

My brother and I have been coming here for all our car needs (this includes 5 vehicles) and we can not say enough good things about this place. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable everytime we come in. My brother and is a small business owner and I assist with his business. As a small business owner we understand the value of customer relations and satisfaction and they expell all of these characteristics with maximum effort. All of Joshua's crew is fantastic but we want to give a big shout out to Josh, Colton, Mike and Matt. Love this store. Everyone needs to go give th some love.

Josh the manager at this store has gone above & beyond to rectify my issue. An item I ordered was being shipped from another store but that stores inventory was incorrect. Since I wasn’t notified Josh found the part & did everything he could to get the part here in record time. I will NOT being shopping at O’reilley’s or Autozone w/ customer service like this. I wish all companies cared enough to do things like this. Thanks so much Josh👏🏼….. you have a customer for life now…

Excellent customer service! Matt helped me change a battery out in my truck, in short sleeve shirt, and it being 30 degrees outside! He was very helpful and knew what he was doing. We also think the starter might be an issue, and Josh was able to help with that and lead me in the right direction there. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for all the help!

Josh literally saved my day yesterday morning. When I drove up, he was in the process of helping another customer outside. When he came in the store, he heard me asking another employee some questions about my car. Josh promptly answered, for the other employee was not quite sure. Traveling home from the beach our alternator broke. Not only did this store have the parts we needed... They tested the car.. recommended parts and even assisted us with finding a place to stay. We would have been stuck on the side of the road without these people... Wonderful store and even better people(staff) so grateful!!! The world needs more people like Shawna and her crew.

Sam Thelin has an excellent knowledge of the Advance computer system and their parts inventory. She was able to look up an old (complicated) purchase an find what I needed in a matter of minutes. She is professional and respectful - a true asset to the Advance team!

Gotta love when you walk in with no greeting & no can I help you. Until the workers finish their conversations and your standing there looking at them the whole time & have to interrupt to get a part. Nice guys thou once I got help. I prefer NAPA but out of town & needed turn signal bulbs. Weird entrance to get in to park.

Very helpful young lady at the counter. Immediately greeted by her and item was purchased in a matter of minutes! What happened to the very knowledgeable staff? Was in there Sunday 8/18/2019 and what a mess! Staff look like they were high school age and had no knowledge of vehicles.... one had her kids there and they were running amuck..... really need to reevaluate your staffing!!!!!

This repair shop provides the service expected and gives accurate estimates before work is done. If something unexpected is found they will call you and let you know before proceeding and charging you more than the amount agreed to. The best repair service in Moyock.
