I bought my 2016 Dodge Durango from Rich he was fantastic once I drove away he has called me several times to see how my vehicle was doing. When I went into to look at vehicles he didn't pressure me he took his time he shopped for the best financial package that would fit my budget. Purchased a camper from this place and it was by far the worse buying experience I ever had. After being told a new battery would be installed to the company failing to remove the harsh chemicals from inside the trailer which can be very dangerous to now Richard and Brandon both Refusing to give me the keys to the unit, I'm now having to go to BBB and the Carolina consumer protection to be heard about this. So, everyone else out there who reads this please be careful when making a purchase from this establishment. Days after leaving and signing all the documents I enquired about getting the keys which again they have now refused to provide them but Richard contacts me and informs me that "He" failed to get all the needed documents for the loan and that if the documents were provided immediately then he would take possession of unit. That's the level of customer service here is that they failed to do their job and the fix is not calling and apologizing but instead being aggressive and making threats. After the formal complaints that have been made hopefully something in the right direction will begin to show itself. I certainly don't recommend this place and until they make it right this review can show everyone why not to buy here.

The owner (Brandon) treated my daughter great and put her in an awesome car that she loves! We will definitely be doing business with Brandon again as well as sending others to him! A highly recommended place to purchase cars!

Me and my mom on a very fixed budget have been searching for an affordable/ reliable car for quite some time, we finally found auto direct wholesale center and they were very friendly about our situation and never made us feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a car at a good price. Brandon and Chase helped us and made the process very simple. 10/10 recommend their service.

Chase went above any beyond to ensure i got the vehicle i needed at the price i wanted. He located the vehicle for me, scheduled my appointment, we went on a test drive as he explained everything, and i was on my way home in my new car in under 1.5 hours!!! Simplest car buying experience EVER!!! Great all-around customer service with a guy named Chase who excelled every expectation!

Edit: once you leave the lot customer service sucks! I went back twice (1.5 hour drive) just to get my metal tags, had to get the truck re inspected because of issues with the metal tag the first time and then was just handed the metal tag, the second time, no hi, how are you, do you need the tools to put it on your suv, NOTHING! Almost like i was the inconvenience at that point! I do like my truck but definetly a month long hassle on the dealer ship! Excellent customer service!!! He helped me get in an awesome Nissan Pathfinder!!! I highly recommend this dealership! I am a very happy customer!

If I could put zero I would. I am a military member and I was just looking for a car to get me around while I was here but instead I bought a car from them and the next day it already had problems. They kept saying how their mechanic had checked it before and it was fine and how they drove it and everything was fine. It was obviously a lie. I am about 40 minutes away and they said I can bring it in for their mechanic who does work for everyone around his area for his dealership, and he would diagnose the car and fix the problem. He told me that it was the water pump and the radiator and they replaced that and I could pick it up. Didn’t have the car for two days. I pick up the car and on my way home I stopped to grab a few things and it still has the same problem with the rough idle and rpms dropping that it had when I first got the car, so bringing it down there was a huge waste of time because he didn’t fix the problem completely. He wouldn’t take the car back and he wouldn’t fix the problem like he said he would. So obviously his mechanic cannot diagnose a car correctly, he cannot keep his word, and you cannot trust this dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Okay. I believe that they were open and honest about the vehicle I purchased. But. And this is a big but. After signing the papers and handing over a cashiers check I was told they didn't have the title but they were sure there'd be no problem getting it. After 40 days, an expired dealer tag, and no response, contact or acknowledgement at all, I basically had a pretty yard decoration.

Great place, I was impressed with the service. My car was priced in comparison to blue book valve and they gave me a car fax print out of the history of my car. The manager actually listened to what my needs were, he told me to come back the next day; then called me when the car that he was recommended for me and fit my needs came in. Awesome guy, great place to do business. I recommend moyock auto direct to everyone I know. If you’re considering buying are car, stop by to see them first.

I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. Some of the most professional and down to earth people on staff there. Prices are way better than anything in the Chesapeake or Virginia Beach areas. Will buy from them in the future for sure!!!

I will never buy a new car again. I have bought my last 3 cars from Brandon Breland. Going back to 1999. My new car I tried to search and could not find what I wanted. I called Chris and he had Brandon go searching. In a week he found exactly what I wanted with the premium package I didn't know you could get. Their care, consideration and at home feel is second to none. I tried to get them to let me take their dog Martin home but they said I can have the car but no one gets Martin. My kind of people!!

Chris and Brandon are good guys in the business. I have been in the industry for over 26yrs and can say they are two of the best. They are laid back no pressure people. I have purchased a few cars from Auto Direct and each time i sware I get a even better deal. To the point that I paid cash for every car. My son will be driving soon so Chris here I come! Another one sold lol!!

I've been looking for a new car specifically a wrx and I was greatly pleased with the service as well as the knowledge about the car. Haven't decided yet on what I'm going to do but if you were in the market for a new car, auto direct has pretty much what you're looking for. It was an easy wait to get the keys in my hand just to take it on a test drive. Very pleased. Will be going back to possibly pick up that car!

This so called business doesn't even deserve the one star I had to choose to leave my thoughts! How can you sell a vehicle that can not pass an inspection test. Most reputable car dealerships I've happily done business with has some type of satisfaction guarantee. Not this place, it speaks volumes that they would deny a customer some sort of compensation or repair after they find many things wrong with a vehicle and cowardly stand behind the "as is" policy! I would think twice purchasing from this place!

I was assured the vehicle I purchased (2007 Yukon Denali) was safe for my family of 6, and that it has passed inspection in North Carolina and that it would have no problem passing a VA inspection. That was a lie. It needed new brakes and rotors, 1 new turn signal light and 1 new license plate light bulb. This was not even the beginning to my nightmare purchase. They filed for the wrong registration so I had to go spend 2 hours of my time with 2 kids under 3 at the DMV to resolve their mistake and get refunded only a portion of what I paid to register the vehicle. Then the inspection failed. I brought this to Chris and Brandon's attention and while Chris said he completely understood my concern, he continued to say that his boss, Brandon, told him he would do nothing about it. So not only did they put me in an unsafe vehicle with my children, they put me out quite a bit of money to HAVE to shell out in order to drive this $20k car. They could've done the right thing here, instead they cowered behind their "as is" policy. This is some Shady business.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. During and after we bought our Xterra, they've been a pleasant and considerate help...far beyond our expectations. Worth the drive from Hampton Roads to deal with this A+ team.

Excellent car buying experience. There listing was buy far the best we looked at. The description was thorough and photos of everything so there were no surprises when we arrived to look at it. Everyone there was extremely courteous and the whole transaction including the test drive took about an hour. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a used car to try here first.
