Rob sold me a Ford F-150 and promised to take responsibility for any problems with the vehicle because, he said, the truck was fine. A month later, it started malfunctioning, and he said they wouldn't repair my vehicle and that I was responsible. I realized they had damaged the scanner's reader port. After that, we tried to contact the owner, but she covered for her employee. Don't waste your time with their bad vehicles.
Would give zero stars if I could. Let’s vehicles sit there without maintaining them. Sold my buddy an older blazer and was near empty on gas, low on oil, and then within the week and a half was leaking transmission fluid with axle damage (which was prior existing). $1100 worth of repairs not even 2 weeks later. While I understand older vehicles and needing maintenance is expected, what dealership doesn’t even maintain gas and oil when selling? Damages that are there are that of an untrustworthy and negligent dealership owner.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! It's a used car lot, so don't expect the newest and all the bells and whistles. I don't have great credit, but they got me into a vehicle, which I absolutely love, that I thought was beyond my reach. They didn't try to oversell, the payments are within my budget. I got a great vehicle that has been maintained in great condition. There were a couple of minor issues, a wonky sensor and a broken latch, which they repaired even though the sales papers I signed said "as is", I have so much respect for them doing that. I am loving my truck, it's a beauty and so fun to drive. Don't pass this place by. I'm recommending Wise Motors to my friends and family.

I'm located in Virginia Beach, VA and was searching for a nice reliable first car to buy my teenage daughter. After a few weeks of searching, I expanded my search and I stumbled across Wise Motors. I showed up to Wise Motors unannounced on a Monday afternoon to look at the car I saw on their website. Lucky for me, I met Rob! I can't say enough good things about Rob. He is extremely laid back yet professional, wasn't pushy, and most importantly he was honest!! The car was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The headliner was a little dirty and starting to sag in 1 or 2 places but wasn't a deal breaker since it was a minor thing. I bought the car and after Rob and I signed the papers, I asked Rob if he knew someone that could redo the headliner for me. With no hesitation, Rob said he had an upholstery guy in Norfolk and called him right then to get me a quote for a new headliner. The upholstery guy quoted us on the phone. Rob then took it a step further with his customer service and personally drove the car from NC to VA to drop it off for me at the upholstery shop. The new headliner looks amazing! The car drives sooo smooth and passed VA state inspection which we all know VA is A LOT more stricter than NC car inspections.

I bought an older car here for my daughter 4 years ago and it is still running great! It was very fairly priced. A few days after we purchased the car wouldn’t start. Rob came to my house with a mechanic and fixed it FREE of charge. Amazing customer service. I have recommended Wise Motors to friends. They are fair and honest.

I started hearing my cars back tires squeaking when I was breaking today. I took it to a different shop that I usually go to, and they looked at it and told me I needed new brake drums and shoes. They set me up for an appointment the next day.
Then I stopped by Wise Motors to let my godchild look at used vehicles. While there, I happen to mention my brake issue and they said they would look at it for me to check it out because we’d just had a conversation of how a lot of auto dealerships inflate a problem or overcharge for services.
It turns out the brakes were still good and only halfway used. It was just the brake dust making the squeak noise. They also showed me what to look for so I am more knowledgeable in the future.
I freaking love places like this! I have officially found my new auto mechanic site and auto dealer in one fell swoop ! ! ! Needless to say, I will not be going back to the other dealership and I canceled my appointment for tomorrow.

I happened to stumble on this website when I was in desperate need of a vehicle I could trust. this was by far the fastest, easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had! I bought a Suburban that I LOVE and have since paid off. its been the most reliable pre-owned vehicle I've ever had. Robert was so helpful and responsive no matter the circumstances. more than a year and a half after I bought it, my boyfriend is now looking for a vehicle and I recommended Wise motors. Not only did Robert somehow remember me amongst all the people he's seen since, he is providing us with the same exceptional customer service and responsiveness I experienced the first time around. I have since moved, and my boyfriend and I will be making the 4 hour drive to come purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I don't care where we move to, if Wise motors is in business we will be buying our vehicles from here.
Bought a truck d on these dealers less than 300 miles on it it’s spent more time in the shop than being driven. Lied and did terrible patch up repairs to cover serious problems. If you’re thinking about going here I would turn around and run. I’ve never been swindled like this in my life all around terrible and completely unhonest way to run a bussiness.
The owner is absurdly rude and unprofessional. He could have a Ferrari on sale for two dollars and I would sooner poke a grizzly bear with a stick than have him make a penny off of me.
Edit after reading the response- I apologize for calling out the owner, it is a male whom I was under the impression was the owner that I have dealt with, I don't know or have a problem with the rest of the staff/owner
I got a Great buy from Wise, Below book value price for a great car. They have a car in any price range. These bad review people must have had champagne taste with malt liquor wallets
