It's true this place has a little of everything that is for sure. And, it's quite the adventure to shop here because there is just so much and it's a sprawling complex. The issue I found was the confusion there seemed to be about prices. The older gentleman there greeted us when we arrived and answered several questions one of which was about the price of hollow, interior doors versus solid wood doors. He said $25 for hollow and $40 for solid without a frame. A good deal right? However, when we were ready to check out and had one solid door and one bifold fold door we were told the solid door was $100 and the bifold was $45. After spending some 3 hrs there we were just so ready to leave that we paid and left. My final comment is that we paid with cash in order to save the transaction fee only to have the younger man give us change from his pocket and no receipt. Makes me wonder how they track their sales.

James is an exceptional help. Greatest experience we have ever had here. I wholeheartedly believe anyone who has had a bad experience here, should try and work with James. Went above and beyond to help us find what we needed, and was very knowledgeable. 10/10 experience.

Most of the time pretty good deals, I bought some 3/4 inch plywood just lately and the plywood was full of termites and he took it back and gave my money back. He said he sold it all the time like that. I guess a lots of people in Cleveland County have termites if you bought plywood from over there. It had wholes all in it, they loaded and I didn't look at it unto I got home and it was already to late to go back, went back the next day.

This depot salvage is cleaning up the place as I write this. It is organized but not clean and they are working on more organization and cleaning it up. It is NOT a big box store. It is big box goods at a tiny box price. They also have mobile home stuff.

Zero stars if i could!!!...Dirty ppl, they tolds us one price one day and next day they jack the price up $50, for the same damaged item. His excuse was tha they had newer inventory, there for the old stuff cost more.

I gave this place 5 stars due to the potential value. This is not Home Depot. Everything is scattered and you have to search to find what you’re looking for. Some of their stuff is busted up but some is in excellent condition. Staff was very helpful in trying to help us locate what we wanted. We bought 2 good doors for less than 1 would’ve retailed at Lowe’s. You gotta go look yourself... this place is huge and there’s no way they can answer inventory questions on the phone.

We bought French doors, Front door, Back Door, and 2 Interior glass panel doors for less than the price of a single front door from big box stores. We had to dig around a bit but saved a bundle.

It had plenty of supplies and materials. It was not very organized, however! I went with a friend, who knew what she was looking for and where to find it. A worker helped her with prices, etc. Friendly employees ?

Found the laminate flooring we wanted at a SIGNIFICANT discount, paid by credit card and their staff was VERY helpful. Shop HERE first to save over big box stores, but not everything is in pristine condition. Truly a SALVAGE company, but worth checking out. So far, our attic door, flooring, porcelain tile, and molding purchase has saved us $$ hundreds!

The most unorganized "store" My wife and I have ever been in. We looked at a vanity top that we liked. The employees said it was marble the label on the box said made in China. They don't ship marble from China. They wanted $275. I looked it up online and Home Depot wants $254. I won't visit them again.

Couldn't agree with the other review anymore… Being A decently attractive woman I guess they think I don't have a brain or know what things cost. No prices on anything when I went to ask how much something was it was way more than what it should have cost and I felt like I was being sexually harassed by the looks and creepy stares the guy behind the counter was giving me. Save your 5% savings and go to Lowe's. Definitely not worth the hassle!

Rude arrogant and snotty people run this place. The store is just piles and piles of unsorted crap. Every time you go the prices change, no prices marked of any item, they make them up as they go along, Also be prepared to pay more if your a Yankee, If you dont have a southern accent the price goes up. I shopped for a interior door here and was quoted $50, I sent my southern friend and he bought the same door for $35! Your better off going to Lowes STAY AWAY!!!!
