Not happy at all they will make you wait all day! Then tell you they leave right at 5pm! Then calls me and say I should’ve called him instead of his workers making it happen. How would I know the man’s personal number I called A BUSINESS. Waste of time and Nasty Attitudes don’t even waste your gas
Randy went above and beyond my expectations! The whole team was great! They picked my truck up on Wednesday and called the next morning to tell me it was ready for pick-up. Wow, just wow! I now have them in speed dial.Thank you guys so much.

Dishonest, the owner lied to my face several times.
Took 2 weeks to fix my AC, and replace my breaks. Drove it 1 mile home and immediately knew it was wrong because it smelled like melting rubber. It was STRONG and immediate, after using the breaks once.
They clearly didnt test drive the car after replacing the breaks, which is terrifying.
"Collapsed break line" now the owner is telling me they drove it all over the county, except my trip says the car went 10 miles, not the 35+ described to me.
Just avoid this place at all costs, you will regret going here. I sure do
The staff and service at R&D AUTO both deserve 5 stars. They kept me informed from my initial experience till the finish. Literally, their prices were unbeatable. Whether parts or service, I strongly recommend the knowledgeable and friendly staff at R&D AUTO.
They replaced 2 motor mounts, both front axles and both tie rod ends on my 2008 Nissan, in addition to repairing my exhaust, and they did it all in two days for a very reasonable cost. No used parts, either. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable. Terrific service. Parking is a bit of a pain, but not enough to keep me from taking my car back to them.
CRAPPY SERVICE!!!! Charged me $600.00 and told me my wipers were even fixed. Turned them on and guess what!!!! They didn’t even move. What a joke. They told me they would give me a estimate within 2 days and guess what!!!! No estimate til after they got done with my car. GAURANTEE I WILL NOT BE BACK AND ALL OF SHELBY AND SURROUNDING AREAS NEED TO KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE AND DONT BUY A CAR FROM BLANTONS BECAUSE R&d works on their cars!!!
