You aren't gonna find a more helpful and knowledgeable person than Kirk. The staff in general is amazingly kind and able to help.

I went in for a new battery and the guy behind the counter ended up replacing the terminal ledes at no cost for parts or labor, b/c the make and model I drive has a poorly designed system. I could not have asked for better service.

Fantastic customer service. Kurt went above and beyond to help me find the right bulbs for my headlights and even took the time to install them for me, despite the fact that it was ridiculously hot outside and I have a tricky Volkswagen. Really grateful for my outstanding experience.

Avoid Auto Zone and Advanced Auto. Come to NAPA where customer service and parts knowledge is applied to each customer. Almost every time I decide to stop at another parts store they try to sell me the wrong part and I end up back at NAPA to purchase the part I'm searching for.

The people there are great.. If they don't have it they can always get it.
