Wasn't acknowledged at all and ended up leaving after waiting over 5 minutes at the counter to be either acknowledged by the staff taking care of the one person in front of me or the staff in the back.
I walked in, asked "have you got oil filters?" A man said "Nope. Not a one." "I responded "That's sad." He replied "Almost as sad as your parking job."
I like anyone with a sense of humor.
Service was fantastic at 6 in the evening on New Year’s Day. We were visiting the area when my battery died. The Black Mountain, NC store had a battery and installed it for me. Thank you very much. Great service.

Our car battery died and we needed a new one at 7:15 on a Sunday. Aedan was solutions oriented and kind, worked quickly and completed the work competently. He answered all our questions and it turned around our terrible day.
We were broke down in their parking lot after our car ran hot on the interstate! A young male employee helped us out on a Sunday when all mechanics were closed. He determined the radiator hose had popped off and had cause all the coolant to leak out. After purchasing a ramp, some tools and lots of coolant from these people, we were back on the road. They also let me use the restroom that wasn’t really open for public use. Also much appreciated. Thank you guys!
My van broke down on the way to go get a covid test and wouldn't you know the dudes in the store were very knowledgeable helpful and a saving Grace for stranded motorist. They were able to determine that my alternator was at fault which saved me a lot of time and hassle on my mechanic bill
Pretty rude service. I was being helped by a lady at the counter when the phone rang. She proceeds to talk to the phone customer and look up parts for them instead of finishing with me. I stand there for 3 minutes. No acknowledgement of me - totally being ignored even though I am looking right at her. There was another worker in the store who could have helped the phone customer. I just walked out and still nothing said. Customer service rule is finish with the customer you start with then get to the other customer. Will not return unless I have to.
Travis! I've been getting part and replacing them until I talked with travis at this store. Absolutely the reason I've been shopping at O'Reilly's seen my grandfather was buying the parts!!
Thank you, you saved our day. After blowing a hose and overheating on I40, you sold us the part at the right price and delivered it ti us riadside at no extra charge. We fixed the car and made it to Cumberland Gap, TN/Ky/Va just before dark, now set up in our camper trailer. You guys are the best!!
When O'Reilly opened they became my primary purpose parts store and still are. I have left please product sitting on the counter at advance because of no service at the register. The guys at O'Reilly have always been Courteous and professional
Through no fault of anyone who helped me, I got the wrong part for my truck, but after trip 3 I finally got the right one. Turns out the wrong part was in the box. But I'm happy with the way it got solved. The guys there are really what a parts store should be.Thanks guys for all your help.
