Work was alright but honestly not very good. When I dropped off my car, I expected the process to go smoothly, but it ended up taking longer than promised. I had to keep calling just to get updates because no one reached out to let me know what was going on. When I finally got the car back, the repairs looked okay at first glance, but the details weren’t done well — it just didn’t feel like the job was finished with care. Customer service also wasn’t very helpful or friendly, which made the whole experience more frustrating. Overall, I’d say the work was passable, but not up to the standard I was hoping for, and I don’t think I’d return here again.
Had a great experience with Yonkers Auto Body. They walked me through the entire repair process, keeping me updated every step of the way. They also coordinated my rental car service seamlessly saving me time and my sanity. I highly recommend them!

I received my car back with more scratches than it went in for. Part of my door panel seems to be broken and the front bumper keeps popping off. My horn wasn’t working properly too. I even asked if they could do some extra work and take a dent out and it was never done after being told many times they would take a look at it. I would not recommend this place.

I was very comfortable coming back today for some new damage to my Acadia Denali. My car was sideswiped on the 87S and I had some damage. It’s been 2 years driving around with the scraps and dings. I usually don't leave comments online but when it comes to Yonkers Auto Body , I am more than happy to do so...! The company I worked for, which has several vehicles on the road servicing the entire tri- state area, has used Yonkers A.B. for many years now because Hugo and his crew always make the "road worn" vehicles look like new again...!!! When I brought my personal car in for some damage repair, they showed the same level of care and attention to detail and all done in a timely, professional and courteous manner......

This shop is FANTASTIC! I originally had my car serviced here as part of an insurance claim. We had to wait a long time for a part to come in before the work could be completed; however, Hugo always answered my calls and kept me in the loop regading the status of my car.

Friendly and professional staff, i always take my vehicles to this facility. the cars always are fixed the correct way, no shortcuts. the paintwork was excellent. they even cleaned my vehicle for me not like others shops that leave body dust all over. I have nothing but good things to say about Hugo, Tony and the whole crew at Yonkers Auto Body. I dropped my car off early last Saturday morning and Tony had enterprise car rental pick me up. I was rear ended and needed a new bumper. My car was ready on the following Thursday. A total of 4 days and one of which was a holiday. I’m super impressed with the quality of there work. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they had completed detailed my car inside and out. Looks amazing!! They were professional and accommodating. If ever your in need of auto body repair, don’t go anywhere but here!
